I didn't get to make the post yesterday as it took WAY too long to edit that video. There is really no way that it should have taken 9 hours to edit a 8 minute video. It wasn't even a complicated video it was just me talking to the camera. The store story yesterday was about a guy who suggested that I had diabetes in my feet because my feet hurt. I was thinking that my feet hurt back then was because I was walking around all day on cheap shoes, eating crappy food, while being morbidly obese. But he insisted that I had “Diabetes in the Feet” because “people who have diabetes have their feet fall off.” I honestly don't know much about that disease, but I'm sure there's a bit more progression to it than, “oops my foot fell off” one day. But it wasn't until I was editing the video that I had gotten the story around backwards. It wasn't until 5 minutes into the 8 minute video when I got to the point of the video when I brought up the guy's accusation. I spent way too long describing my diet and lifestyle before bringing up the conversation with the coworker. I should have talked about his opinion and then talked about the life situation. I am disappointed that the sharing link doesn't seem to embed the link into a post like it used to, or at least I haven't had the opportunity to look around enough to make it do so as when I do try to share the link in a blog post it just shows the plain link without the window or anything. just the plain text link. 

Stayed up later than I should have last night. I worked 9:30 to 3 today and again I wasn't wanting to jump out of bed and run out of the door. I set alarms, but slept through half of them. The sleep tracker on my watch gave me a sleep score of 20 as I didn't fall asleep until well after 2am and the alarms woke me up in the 6am hour.

Although I didn't make the post yesterday I have been tracking the weight on the various spreadsheets, and the last couple of days have been really good progress. Not quite back down to the record for the year yet. But back to making progress for the month.

I was able to cook breakfast before work. And surprisingly I was able to have a couple cups of coffee. I'm thinking that once I finish the bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar I'll go a while without it to see if it has any effect or not. I've heard online both ways, that it is the key to amazing life, and there being no effect at all; other than making the morning coffee bitter that is.

For some reason they scheduled me for a half day today. So I only worked five and a half hours. So after work I had a pack of Jalapeno Cheddar Smoked sausages while I sat down for a while in the break room. I had to sit down after running around for so long.

After I got home I had to run back into town as last night Grandma had asked me to pick up some cleaner and some macaroni for her.

I was kind of still recovering from work when Mom gave me the choice of dinner. The choice was between Sausage Patties and Eggs or Chicken Wings. It's been a long time since I've had chicken wings as the only time I've ever had chicken wings was when I ordered Pizza. Mom Pan fried the chicken wings which was an interesting way to prepare them as I've only have had them fried with pizza.
