I'm pretty sure that this is the longest I've gone Keto (more or less Keto) definitely the longest I've gone sober.

Talked to Uncle about 3D printing he had gotten the idea of printing off personalized ammo boxes and gun cases for people. I do feel like that is an interesting idea and more than likely a market for such items. The trick is that he was wanting estimates on how long it would take to print items of certain sizes and shapes. I have no idea, but I'm guessing that it would take about an hour or so to print off the things that he would want to print.

Had time this morning to bake some chicken drumsticks for lunch. Didn't have time to clean the baking dish though. Kind of hooked on the cottage cheese. Probably should try to wind down on having that for lunch so often. I don't think it's bad for me, it's just buying more food when I already have food prepared. And it was a bit much to eat the container of Cottage Cheese and 4 Drumsticks of chicken.

I was in the online pickup department for most of the day. Most of the orders were placed before I got to work so most of the day was just kind of waiting for orders to be picked up. Between taking orders out and picking the two or three orders that came in I had to shop I worked on straitening up shelves. I am working in the online pickup order department because the guy who is the lead of that department is on vacation so I'm helping to fill in the gaps. There is a new manager that knows that department, I don't know if she's temporarily here while the department lead is on vacation or if she's just one of the managers now. But I think I irritated her by repeatedly asked if there was anything that I was supposed to be doing. She asked me what I usually did when the online pickup department was slow. Well, I don't usually work that department. I'm just kind of nervous that Online Pickup Lead will come back from vacation and say, “Hey Mark, you were in my department for two whole days why couldn't you do that one thing?” But I asked management and the guy who regularly works in the department and they didn't mention anything.

All day long have had a gas bubble in the top of my gut. It felt like if I could just get that one good belch I would be fine. I would bring more air into my belly, but it just made the gas bubble bigger. I had really forceful burps, but the gas bubble just kind of sat there. Perhaps I should avoid drinking so many carbonated drinks for a bit.

It's not even summer yet and I've been in the mood to listen to Halloween music or to watch some horror movie.

Grilled some cheeseburger patties for dinner. It was kind of funny as it was late enough that Mom had brought the cat in so when going out to flip the burgers I had to keep the dogs and cat at bay so they wouldn't get out while I cooked. 

I was going to work on editing the General Update Video that I want to publish tomorrow, but the video editing software is being really slow.
