Nice to see down on the scale and the waistline. The down on both of those are showing the lowest points of both of those numbers for the year so far. I spent a lot of the day cleaning up the tags on the blog and looking over them it looks like this is the lowest weight I've recorded since I started this format of the blog.

I'm thinking about coming up with more “short goals” as most of the goals on my weight are above the current short goal of 310 lbs

Roommate was up in his room taking a nap and the dog started whining at the back door. I think the dog just wanted to go outside just to sniff at everything. It was freaking cold outside. We've been really lucky this winter and it truly isn't that bad for mid-January. But still colder than I want to be out there while the dog just sniffs at the back stoop. I dislike winter. It's bright and sunny outside, but it's still freaking cold outside. Sitting at my computer in a hoodie because I don't want to crank the heat.

Finished off the last of the “Detox” Soup. I'm glad that I was able to stretch that out for the full two weeks that I was wanting it to. I'm not sure if the weight loss of the last week or so was due to the soup as it is called “Detox” soup. And it is a pretty simple chicken soup.

Heavy case of the “Don't wanna to's” today. Do I want to do this thing? Nah, not really, how about this other thing. Nah. I have a video that I recorded a couple of weeks ago that I need to edit, or I could watch this other video. I want to blame the cold, but I know that's just an excuse. I did manage to get a grocery list made for tomorrow's shopping trip. I know that I already have a freezer full (probably a little too full) of food, but there is a couple of dinners that sounded good, and the list is still under budget.

I was planning on making Cheeseburger Soup for dinner tonight, but just as I was about to start cooking I heard Roommate upstairs retching in the bathroom. Again I didn't want to be cooking while he was sick. It just didn't seem very polite to make smells while he was sick to his stomach. I decided to grill some burger patties instead so I'm not making the apartment smell like food. Just as I was about to grill the burgers Roommate came downstairs I tentatively asked if he wanted some burger patties. He said that he did until he smelt them as I came in and out between flipping the burgers on the grill. He asked me to put his patties in the microwave so he could eat them if he gets hungry later.

Roommate was complaining that his stomach was hurting so he sent me to the store to grab him some ice cream. I'm not sure how eating ice cream on an empty stomach helps with stomach issues, but that was his request.

My feet were getting really cold this evening. I was wearing two pairs of socks and my shoes and it still felt like I just got in from walking in snow. 

And hey, two full weeks of Keto. And almost three weeks into the year and I'm still having to catch myself from putting "2025" in the title
