Spent most of the morning fighting the autopilot. I did manage to drink the pot of coffee before work, but even then I was just kind of barely above flat line on brain power. The Customer Service Manager was telling me about how a lot of people are due to do their yearly re-certifications on their computer training and names and terms were just kind of going through one ear and out through the other. I'm pretty sure that I got most of the people to do most of the training that they were supposed to do (I think). Good drop on the scale this morning. It's not down below the beginning of the year so no progress yet. But at least the highest projection so far is under a full ton (849.3 lbs <385.2 kg>) The waist is back down to 54 inches (137.2 cm) so I'm not sure what was going on yesterday. The waist is usually pretty stable, so I'm not sure why it'd be up 2.5 inches (6.4 cm) one day and then down 2.5 inches (6.4) the next.

The money Roommate sent me on Friday night for Rent and Bills came through this morning so I went ahead and did the grocery shopping for the week and renewed the YouTube Premium. I didn't tell Roommate that I made those purchases as it would look like I used the money he gave me for rent and bills on YouTube. But really I'm just using the money he reimbursed me for that I had already paid. He doesn't need excuses to get cranky. But since I had already did the shopping today I'll try to record a video or two while he's at his appointment tomorrow. That did throw off my timing for the week. I had to keep reminding myself that today really is Monday and I'll still be off tomorrow. I didn't cook the lunch for the meal plan or take inventory or make the meal plan for next week as trying to do that on Monday always seems to throw things off. I'm planning on making Southwestern Detox Soup for the next weeks lunches. The thing is that I usually parse the weekly lunches into six servings, but the recipe for that soup makes A LOT. So we'll have to see how many servings it'll make tomorrow. I might be having that soup this week and a good chunk of the next.

I have a Store Story mostly scripted out, and a couple ideas of YouTube Shorts for some political opinions. I've never made any YouTube Shorts before so we'll see how well those will turn out. It looks like I'll have to invest in a new printer. I can do the script off of the monitor while I'm making the videos, but there goes the idea that I could print off the scripts and go down to the basement and do videos there while Roommate is home. 

I was getting some chicken out of the freezer to bake for lunch then remembered that I still had two servings of the Enchilada Soup left so I had that for lunch today and will have that for lunch tomorrow.  

Roommate seems to be in a lot better mood today than he had been for a while. He did suggest cooking some of his ground turkey that he had thawed out with the Mac and Cheese that was in the cupboard. I suggested to use the Rotel and make up some Taco Seasoning to go with. And that does sound good. Not very “Keto” but at least it was a dinner that he, mostly, paid for. I have some Ham Steaks in the fridge, but I'll just cook those tomorrow.

Not very active today, but I did wave around the hand bell weights that I have at my desk. I'm sure that going to the YMCA last year was a more effective workout, but I'm having some financial issues for now. I would like to save up and pay for the entire year plan to have the subscription for the YMCA paid off all at once at the beginning of the year. But that's not going to happen for a while. And they're building a new facility in town, I would like to sign up for that one when it opens. I have to say moving around 2x 10lb (4.5 kg) weights have to be doing something.
