Weight: 320.7 lbs ( 145.4 kg) BMI: 41.2 Waist: 53.5 in ( 135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Egg Stuff   Lunch: Fathead Lasagna   Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 412) Keto Day 6 (29/365 Days 2026 Keto) Scale was down this morning. Not by much, but down is down. And waist is also down. Err downish, annoyingly enough it is at the same measurement it was at the beginning of the year so the projection is completely flat. When I got to making breakfast there were only three eggs. When I cook bacon and eggs I eat 4 eggs and 4 strips of bacon. There's nothing saying that I'm required to have 4 eggs and 4 strips of bacon. But I feel like it would have thrown things off to only have 3 eggs. But it was an excuse to run to the store and grab the stuff to make Egg Stuff. It's been a while since I've had the egg scramble. Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs
Lunch: Instant Pot Beef stew
Dinner: Baked Chicken
Drinks: Pot of Coffee with cream, ~3,150ml Water

   Woke up this morning with what felt like a bit of a hangover. No headache, jut stiff muscles and limbs. Not sure what that was about, possibly too much water yesterday? It was only a little less than a half gallon and men are supposed to be drinking a gallon per day. But one half of a gallon is a lot more than I usually drink. So might be body getting used to the extra water It might also be Keto Flu. I do know that I woke up several times last night to pee and had to pee all morning. So maybe the weight gain lately is water weight

   Put so much thought into the monthly update Vlog that I can't really think of anything to say for the daily blog. So this might be fairly short. I am excited to get a second general update Vlog done in a row. I want to upload a Vlog on the first Monday of each just talking about what ever comes to mind just to check in for a general Vlog.

    The last couple of days the bacon that I eat for breakfast hadn't released much grease to fry the eggs in. I had put some butter in the pan after I cooked the bacon to fry the eggs this morning. I hear that eggs fried in butter is supposed to be a good combination, but I just didn't think the eggs turned out very out very well this morning.

    I admitted in my Vlog today that I haven't been 100% honest in these daily blogs. I've had bought some alcoholic drinks last week. On the second I picked up a 12 pack of Michelob Ultra Hard Seltzer (Feb 2nd) one night and a few cans of Natural ICE Beer the next night (Feb 3rd). I picked up the Hard Seltzer because it was “No Sugar Added” and there was no reason for the Natural ICE other than it was cheap. And that might have been the cause of that latest ups on the scales. Hard to think that something that I consumed three or four days ago still effected me. When I got the Hard Seltzer I read up on the carbs that it said that it in it didn't seem to be enough to break Keto, but that might have set me off anyway. And the Natural ICE was just bad and no reason for that. And might have been the cause of the “Keto Hangover” this morning and probably why I had to pee all night last night and all day today. I was getting back into Ketosis.

Lying on this blog is only hurting myself and I promise to be more forthcoming on this.

    I was going to cook a pork steak for dinner tonight, but the steak that I had taken out of the freezer was a really small one and I was really quite hungry. So I decided to bake some chicken. The pork steak is in a vacuum sealed bag so I just picked out another small steak so I'll have two small steaks another night.
