Weight: 336.6 lbs ( 152.7 kg) BMI: 43.2 Waist: 56.5 in (143.5 cm) WtHr: 76.4% Breakfast: Steak and Eggs Lunch: Bacon Cheeseburger Soup Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Kroger Energy Shot Keto Week 2 (Day 20) Sober Month 2 (Day 81) YMCA: No Causation or correlation? I have cottage cheese and hot dogs one day for lunch, the next day the weight is up. I have a recipe that I have saved for lunch the weight is down. I have Jalapeno cheesy sausages for lunch, the next day the weight is up. It's still among the lowest weigh ins for the year. And I'm still down 10 lbs for the year. I think starting tomorrow I'll start doing the tracking in my phone app again. Maybe start going back to the YMCA on Monday. I wont go tomorrow because with their Sunday hours they are only open while I'm at work. I'm thinking of trying to get into a habit of going into the weight room Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Maybe going to swim on Tuesday...

    Really glad the internet is working this morning. About midnight last night the internet went out I have a payment agreement saying that my payment will go through on the 16th. And when it went out right at midnight last night I was kind of paranoid that they didn't live up to their part of that payment agreement. But it's working just fine this morning. They must have had a network issue or something last night. It would suck to be so good on a daily blog, but only have to skip a day, or week, because the internet decided to crap out. I do have the blogger app on my phone, but copy and pasting from open office to the website is a hell of a lot easier than writing everything out again.

    I'll be so glad when I get the tax return in. Once I get that in I plan on getting all of the bills paid on the first of the month like I want to be doing. And I don't have to worry about payment plans or be worried about a check passing before I expected. I also would be glad when I get that in because my right shoe is farting. I have to be careful about being too excited about the upcoming tax return. It would be unfortunate if I mentally spent it all before it even arrived. I am looking forward to getting YouTube Premium turned back on. These ads are driving me crazy. It's also kind of nice that if you're playing music on your phone you can turn off the screen and the video will continue to play. That's kind of nice for ambient sleep music.

    I'm making exciting progress the last couple of days now that I'm only drinking coffee and water. That's 8 pounds (3.6 kg) in three days! I'm back within 1.2 lbs (.5 kg) of the lowest point of the year so far. And down 17 lbs (7.7 kg) for the year! Happiness isn't a number on a scale, but it does feel nice when it's going down. Waist is back up to 54 inches (137.2 cm) but I'm not too worried about that. I'm not sure I made an accurate measurement yesterday. It would be quite something if it were down another half an inch already, I'm not get to over excited about outlier measurements. This is the second time in a row that I weighed in the day after eating a slab of ribs. I think that this proves that ribs are good for weight loss. That was a joke, I'm not going to say every time someone eats a slab of ribs they're going to weigh less the next day, but it is a good argument for the carnivore diet.

    Something that I forgot to mention yesterday is that I bought some lemon juice and lime juice to put in water. It does make the water a bit more entertaining to drink. I really didn't need the encouragement, but it's not a bad addition.

    Cooked a recipe out of a book titled Easy Keto in 30 minutes by Urvashi Pitre called Tacos De Alambre for a recipe video. It was a rush job because I started cooking a bit too late and was almost late for work. (I did make it in time). I didn't have to work until 2pm, so naturally I spent all morning staring at YouTube. It did turn out alright when I got home for lunch. It did look kind of rough when it was cooking. I thought I burnt the hell out of the onions involved, but it was still not bad eating. The book says that the jalapenos in it are optional, but in the eating of it the jalapenos were fine, it was the bell peppers that seemed out of place. What is strange is that it is a chicken recipe and when I looked up the name of the recipe online the other recipes showed similar named recipes as ground beef. 

The house still smelled really nice when I got home from work. I love the smell of cumin, I even added some to the chicken that I baked for dinner this evening.
