I wasn't able to upload last night as it was a bit late already when I got home last night and I had yet to assemble my computer after the move. I slept considerably better last night than I did the night before. The night of Saturday going into Sunday I just couldn't fall asleep. I'm not sure what the issue was, new pillows? New bed? New Room? But I was flopping around without sleep. The bed is King Sized, but I kept finding the edge of the bed and had to keep pushing myself back from the edge and kept getting tangled up in the blanket. Keto Day 1
Sober Month 4 (Day 145)

I was expecting a call from the HVAC people today, but they never called. Roommate is getting anxious because Wednesday is supposed to get up to 95 degrees (35 C) He sent a text to Landlord to ask about the timeline of the AC getting switched out. Landlord said that he'd call HVAC people to see if they could get an ETA. Apparently the last he heard they were still getting the equipment to do the job. Landlord didn't text back until later in the evening. He's going to be here Wednesday to take out the old units and Thursday to put the new ones in. It would have been nice to get the new AC before it started getting hot, but at least we know that there's a timeline of it getting fixed.

I was dead tired all day today. I was feeling fine when I woke up, but when I had breakfast I had a pot of coffee like I usually do, but the more coffee I drank the more tired I became. Roommate was talking about something in his game and I had just finished the pot of coffee and I couldn't keep my eyes open.

I had a bit of an early (for me) lunch of Bacon Cheeseburger Soup. and that didn't wake me up either. I ended up laying down for a while, but I couldn't fall asleep for a nap. Roommate asked me if I was feeling okay. I didn't feel sick, I was just dead tired. After the lay down it was closer to the time I'd normally have lunch. To be honest I wasn't hungry, it was just the time that I was “supposed” to eat. And the serving of Big Mac Casserole is small enough to call it a snack. There's mustard in the sauce, but it could have used a bit more mustard on top of it.

Played a bit of Minecraft, but I got bored with the corridor mining. I remembered that there are wild ocelots in the game, and at one time you could feed them enough fish and they'd turn into pet cats. Kind of like there are wolves in the game and if you feed them bones they turn into dogs. So I spent a really long time catching fish and leading the ocelot back to my main camp and kept feeding it fish, and then looked up online. They changed it so, yeah you can lead ocelots in the game with fish, but they don't turn into pet cats anymore. If you want a pet cat you have to go find a village and lead away one of their pet cats. I went back to playing Oblivion. I'm kind of thinking about downloading Skyrim to go back to playing that. It would be interesting to see how the game improved in the sequel.

I did think from time to time of starting on the script for the next store story video that I want to do, but I was just too tired to try to come up with what to say. The next story that I have planned to make wasn't inspired by a single event, but a strange reoccurring thing that I have to deal with frustrating people.

I was feeling a bit better after eating the ribs that I had for dinner. But I faded back into being tired again. And I am glad that I was able to stay Keto today. That means I was able to stick to the diet and not buy more food today. I'm not sure if I'll stick to the diet tomorrow at lunch, but after tomorrow I'm definitely going to get back to it.
