It is good that the waist is down. It's been a while since it was that far down. I'm pretty sure that 51 inches is the record. I worked 12 to 9 today so I had some extra time before work. When I woke up Step-Dad was already cooking sausage and eggs for breakfast. And as I was sitting around before work I started on the script for the next Store Story. These weekly scripted videos are going to be a serious grind. Props to the people who are able to get that done. But then again a good number of people who are successful on YouTube have massive teams behind them and I'm kind of a One-Man-Band. As I worked later th...

Daily Food Blog 9/18/18

Weight: 340.7 lbs
Mood: getting out of the tunnel (not sure if that makes sense, but that's the closest I can think of.

Breakfast: none

Lunch: Fried Chicken, Sparkling water

Dinner: Velveeta Skillet Dinner Ultimate Cheeseburger

Notes: I didn't get a chance to make breakfast this morning. My car insurance check and the rent check decided to both come through on the same day. And since I didn't budget the insurance well I was massively over drawn on my checking account. Luckily my bank has a program known as a “Fresh Start Loan” The fresh start loan pays off the negative balance of the account and sets up a payment plan. Unfortunately I don't have over draft privileges during the life of the loan, but hopefully I won't need it. And I an fairly confident that I will not be having this trouble again. The loan is going to be $50 a month for 13 months starting in November. And (if I did my math right) my car loan is done in August of next year. And once my car loan is up I can switch from full coverage insurance back to liability and that should save a quite a bit of money, (and not having to pay the $252 per month for the car payment should help a bit too)
I've been “wanting” to do the Keto diet. But lately my financial situation as well as my YouTube watch habits have been keeping me from planing out my meals very well. I picked up the Velveet dinner for supper tonight because I couldn't really think of anything else to eat. Which is one of the main reasons for obesity to begin with. I was still under my calorie limit for the day, but that is really not what I'm supposed to be eating.
