Now that it's in the “creepy season” I'm a little disappointed that I missed marking the 666th day sober. That could have been fun. Really not sure what happened to yesterday (Tuesday). Tuesday is my day off so I just kind of laid around surprised by the passing of hours. I went to write down the blog of the day, but was surprised that it was half past midnight. Not that I had much to say about yesterday. I did get a set of Stuffed Bell Pepper Soup made for the coming week's lunches. It was kind of sad last night when Mom was putt...

Sober Month 7 (Day 236)
Keto Week 2 (Day 19)

Down from yesterday, but still up from a couple of days ago. I'm going to guess because I really haven't pooped much over the last couple of days. I did have a motivating movement right before work. But that was after I ate breakfast so I didn't bother reweighing. What was kind of strange was the bathroom kind of smelt like natural gas after I was done in there.

I felt really hyper energized when I got to work. I noticed it and had to tell myself to be careful. There have been quite a few times when I'm hyper energized and that mood flips to angry frustration.

I was glad that I was supervisor for most of the day as I was constantly running to the bathroom, because good lord I'm pretty sure that dropped another gallon or two of water weight. I would have figured that almost 3 weeks into Keto I would have dropped all of the water weight by now. But Chat GPT says that is typical for the first 4 weeks of Keto.

After lunch I had a pretty hard energy crash. I had a lot of mental clarity and was pretty chill. But I just wanted to lay down and go to sleep all of the second half of work. The second half of work was in a pretty heavy rush for most of the four hours I had in the second half. I'm guessing that it was because of the combination of it being Friday and it being the “after school” rush that we get this time of year. All of the little ones are acclimatizing to their new schedules so they're all wound up and all of their parents are tired.

Still staring at the financial program on my computer and I'm really exited for next Thursday as that's when I'm going to be paying the Internet Bill and the week after that I'll be paying the Electricity and Gas bills (more or less) on time. What's going to be exciting is that 1. when I pay of the Electricity and Gas that I'll finally be caught up on those. Ever since April I've been paying the previous month at the end of each month. (for clarification At the end of May I was paying May's bill instead of paying the bill for June, at the end of July I was paying July's bill instead of the bill for August etc) so at the end of August I'll be paying the bills for August AND September so I'll be caught up for both of those months. and 2. After this Thursday when I pay the internet bill I'll be able to edit the internet bill for September to have that being paid at the end of September and then the rest of August and September will be in the positive without me having to constantly stare at the computer monitor

I kind of broke Chat GPT. I was watching a video about a nuclear engineer reacting to another video speculating about possible future reactor meltdowns and emergencies and I got curious about how many nuclear power plants it would take for The United States to get 100% of our power from nuclear energy how long it would take how much it would cost, and how long it would take to build all of the plants required. But I wrote the question wrong. I accidentally asked it, “how long would it take to build them all and how long would it take.” and the entire site froze. I think its confused by the question of “how long would it take, and how long would it take.” It did thaw out long enough for me to repost the question, correctly this time. But it took a while for it to figure it out. I'll look over it tomorrow as it's getting late and I'm having a hard time reading through that.
