I'm thinking about getting back into Keto. I'm not going to jump immediately back into it as I still have several boxes of Hamburger Helper (not sponsored) and some other Non-Keto meals that are going to be the cheaper options. I don't think that I'll start up the Keto Count until Roommate goes back to work, but I am going to try to buy and eat more meat biased meals. I'm just going to have to research some cheaper dinners. Of course I say that and then at lunch I buy some cheese curls The weight is still 13.8 lbs (6.3 kg) down from last year and 8.27 lbs (3.75 kg) down from average, but still it is frustrating that all of that progress over the last couple of months was wiped out so quickly...

I was able to read a little before bed last night. Still working on “A brief history of time” By Dr Stephen Hawking. And that chapter was talking about quantum mechanics, not as in depth as the chapter before it. But I was getting the feeling that he was really forcing the “brief” in the title into this chapter. It was more like, this person discovered this thing, and then this person discovered that thing, One person thought that this thing worked in one way and then the other person discovered it worked in the other way. If I ever get around to finishing this book I think it'll take a couple of more readings to understand it.

When I woke up this morning the first thought was what time do I work today? Oh, right I'm off today and I'm off tomorrow. That must mean that today is Monday. No wait, today is Sunday, I'm on vacation this week. I had to keep reminding myself that today is Sunday. I am going to Mom's house Tuesday to do laundry and grab some more eggs, so I was gathering up my dirty clothes. And then reminded myself that I'm not doing laundry tomorrow, but the day after. But oh well, at least my room is a bit cleaner.

Sitting here at the computer thinking that I'm doing grocery shopping “tomorrow”. I decided to come up with the grocery budget for this week. As I'm going to have baked chicken all this week and not needing to buy a lunch I was hoping to keep the total around $100 like I did last week. But it looks like it's going to be about $145 so it'll still be under budget for what I'm wanting to be. I am looking forward to Tuesday when I do get the groceries bought as I can write a check to pay the bills there so they'll be “paid” two days earlier. The check will still go through on Thursday which is a little disappointing as it used to take about 10 business days to clear, but hey at least they'll be taken care of and then I'll be able to push next month's bills back to the next payday.

Drinking the gallon of tea is really keeping up my step count up today. Having to run to the bathroom a lot. And hey, bathroom is upstairs so I'm getting stair steps in as well.

Last week when I made the Millionaire Chicken Casserole I had bought an extra bag of pork rinds because I thought I'd need two bags to make the two batches. So now there's a bag of pork rinds sitting on my desk. Every once in a while they catch my attention. I think I could go ahead and eat the bag. But I'm not hungry, there's no reason to eat if I'm not hungry. Then I start getting “hungry” because I thought about eating, and then didn't eat. I'm trying to tell myself not to eat that bag of pork rinds. I could, but whenever I just snack on pork rinds like that my mouth feels like it's full of Styrofoam and the next day I weigh more because of the combination of random snacking and the salt from the pork rinds.

Played some Oblivion today, and loading the previous save worked for spawning the character that wasn't spawning the last time I played. And finishing the Thieves Guild quest line was a lot easier than I remember it being. Probably because I don't usually get this high of a level before getting to that part. 

I'm going to be finishing defrosting the freezer tomorrow as I hadn't taken the opportunity to since I started the other day and now the fridge has been making a buzzing noise that kind of sounds like the fan is rubbing against the ice. It's going to kind of suck because if ice starts to melt and then freezes back up then it becomes even harder to thaw out. 

I didn't realize until posting this that I had forgotten to drink the regular can of Monster that I normally would have had with lunch. Oh, well. More for later. Perhaps I could make the case I have now last the rest of the week. 

And that's back to one Week Keto.  We'll see how long it'll go for. I've been watching a lot of Meat Biased Diet and Low Carb Diet videos lately. It is a little distracting how much of my life is obsessed with food.
