I wasn't able to upload last night as it was a bit late already when I got home last night and I had yet to assemble my computer after the move. I slept considerably better last night than I did the night before. The night of Saturday going into Sunday I just couldn't fall asleep. I'm not sure what the issue was, new pillows? New bed? New Room? But I was flopping around without sleep. The bed is King Sized, but I kept finding the edge of the bed and had to keep pushing myself back from the edge and kept getting tangled up in the blanket. When I go to bed I have been setting my phone to play ambient music, space documentaries, or the “Science Facts to Fall asleep to” but last night I thought I would try not playing anything at all on my phone. And I have to say that the quiet was really quite soothing. It was cool enough that the AC wasn't blowing, the phone was off, and I didn't turn on the fan that I have next to my bed. I rested and realized that we don't have much opportunity in the modern world to have it completely quiet.

Amazing weight loss progress so far this month. Going to attribute that to being in the second week of Keto. Waist still hasn't gone down by much, but the sides of my gut seem to be coming in. strange that the  circumference still hasn't changed with that.

Had the last serving of the Keto Paleo Gumbo for lunch today. Normally the planned lunches would have been used up by now I had bratwursts one day for lunch last week as I had a weird day off so I had another serving left. Which works for me.

Spent a lot of time today cleaning and organizing the kitchen. And staring at the financial program. It was monumentally satisfying to stay under budget for the week on groceries today. Well, kind of under budget. I'm really wanting to budget the weekly groceries at $150. But when I was coming up with the shopping list for this week it looked like it'd be closer to $200. But when I was done shopping the total for the week came to $181. There was a couple of items that I forgot to pick up, but nothing that I wouldn't miss for a week. And doing the inventory it looks like I have enough meat to have dinner set for not only this week that I've planned out for the week, but for also the week after that. So when I do grocery shopping next week I'll just have to pick up stuff for next week's lunch. If that remains so, I'm going to try to budget next week's groceries to be closer to $100. But I'm still going to have it as $150 in the budget program. Just in case.

I'm praying that the rent check doesn't land until at least Thursday because that's the budget. If it comes in tomorrow I'm going to have to run by the bank to plead to them to let it go through. I have overdraft protection, but the last time the rent check came through before payday the check bounced and that left me paranoid every month. So far this year the rent check has came through on the 15th of each month. But I'm still paranoid each month the week before that second paycheck.

I probably shouldn't have drank that entire pitcher of tea. Heh, I was drinking the Tea like I used to drink beer. I would finish a glass, pour another one, and then finish that glass. The problem that I'm predicting is that's probably more caffeine than I'm probably wanting to drink this late in the day. I'm running to the bathroom every half hour already, I'll see how well I sleep tonight after finishing off a literal gallon of Tea at 7 O'clock at night

Didn't get around to playing any Minecraft, but did play some Oblivion. Still can't get that damned quest to trigger. I'm going to try reloading an older save next time I play see if that'll work. 

Had ribs a couple of days ago, but the rack of ribs that I had were the rack that I accidentally knocked out of the fridge yesterday so I wanted to use it before it went bad. This rack came out a bit dryer than the last one did.
