Weight: 337.2 lbs ( 139.7 kg) BMI: 43.3 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Taco Chili Cheese Curl Chips Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Month 10 (Day 301) Dang that was a jump on the scale. I'm thinking about getting back into Keto. I'm not going to jump immediately back into it as I still have several boxes of Hamburger Helper (not sponsored) and some other Non-Keto meals that are going to be the cheaper options. I don't think that I'll start up the Keto Count until Roommate goes back to work, but I am going to try to buy and eat more meat biased meals. I'm just going to have to research some cheaper dinners. Of course I say that and then at lunch I buy some cheese curls The weight is still 13.8 lbs (6.3 kg) down from last year and 8.27 lbs (3.75 kg) down from average, but still it is frustrating that all of that progress over the last couple of months was wiped out so quickly...

I just said some bad words.

 I forgot to post yesterday as I had gotten distracted by an idea of a new spreadsheet. I was going to stack up the data from one of them to get an idea of what an average weight per day was and maybe get a projection of the future weights. I had worked on that spreadsheet for the better part of two days...without saving. I really need to start remembering to save projects. I had all three original spreadsheets and the Daily Blog open and they all decided to crash just scrapping the data from the last two days. I'm going to pass on making that new spreadsheet it was just coming out as just a bunch of noisy data and the graphs on that spreadsheet just didn't want to work out. I'll just stick with the sheets that I have for now. And so far I haven't gotten down to the lowest weight of last year but I am under where I was at this time last year. And the projection for the rest of this year isn't going to get anywhere near I was last year. And considering I was literally, not exaggerating, drinking entire cases of beer each night, seriously I was drinking an entire 12 pack of beer every night. And then the next day I'd buy another case of beer. And unless something goes really wrong. It's unlikely that I'll gain 20 lbs (9 kg) over the next four months.

When I woke up this morning I had some seriously rank BO. I think that might be a sign of Ketosis, but my bedroom had a nasty metallic acid like smell. Took a longer than normal shower this morning just to make sure the smell was gone. Another probable sign of Keto is my elbows and back are snapping and crackling a lot.

I spent a lot of time running Self Checkout today. That was a really long three hours. Not much frustrating happened, it just the hours stretched on for forever. Before I went to work I was trying to tell myself not to get into a bad mindset. To be honest the vast, vast, vast majority of people going through self checkout go through without issue and they just go through with their day. There's no reason to let your entire existence get overthrown because one person doesn't seem to understand that they have to but their bag of grapes on the scanner scale as the grapes are sold by the pound.

Today was really quite busy. As it gets when the first Friday of the Month lands on the First Day of the month. It thankfully went really smoothly. Another great thing about Keto is how much it helps clear your mind, unfortunately it does make everybody around you seem to move in slow motion.

As I'm running low on bacon for breakfast I picked up some more at lunch. Unfortunately that just leaves me with $10 for the rest of the week. But that's $10 with nothing that I need to buy. I have food, I have seltzer, I have enough Sugar Free Monster to last until Tuesday when I do grocery shopping, the bills are planned out. I don't NEED to buy anything else. But on the subject of bills I've been working on rescheduling when I'm budgeting those. Over the last several months the rent check had always landed on the 15th so I was going to budget having all of the bills, rent, etc. come out on the second Thursday of the month. Just so everything is paid all at once, but then I had to keep pushing things back, and then pushing things back, and then, over and over again. So the plan is for now to budget the Rent to come out on the Second Thursday of the Month, but then plan for the rest of the bills to come out on the Fourth Thursday of the Month.
