I woke up two hours before I had to be there, but I just couldn't build momentum to do anything. I did have breakfast this morning. When I did leave for work I was running just barely enough time to get in. I was a carryout for the first chunk of the day and then in the desk for another good chunk of the day. Today was the last Friday of the month and it also happened to be the last day of the month so a lot of people were running into the store to use up their monthly benefits before they reset for the month (I'm assuming that's how that works) I did kind of get into an argument with a lady...

Keto Month 3 (Day 91) (141/365 Days 2026 Keto)

Fascinating coincidence the weight this morning was the same as the average for the weight for last month. It would have been nice if it was lower than yesterday's weight, but at least it's lower than the higher points last month.

I worked at Noon today so I had plenty of time to cook breakfast and bake the chicken for lunch.

I did work on the General Update video a bit before work, but most of the editing was done after work. And wow that was a bit of a squeeze to get that video done. It was almost 11pm this evening by the time I got it posted, really made me question if I wanted to make this post as I spent a long time today listening to my own voice so I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend more time within my own speaking. But I see the blog as more important than my video series, so if I have time to do a video I'll have time to make a post.

I kind of kicked myself driving to work this morning as I was waiting to fill my car full of gas until I had 800 fuel points as I get 10 cents for every 100 points and I had over 700 points, and was going to get more points when I bought some stuff on Tuesday after doing the oil change and tire rotation but then I realized that today was the first and the points are per month so I was kind of stuck with the 70 cents off, which still isn't bad as it made the gas $3.09/gallon. (I swear this isn't sponsored) But the great thing about fueling up on the first is that I did the math of the “Drive Til Empty” reading on the dash and it looks like I won't have to fill up for the better part of the month. It looks like 24 round trips to work and back, and I work 5 days a week so that's just under 5 weeks, but we'll see.

Work was kind of easy money today as the first 3 hours was as a carryout and the following 3 hours was working the desk. So it really was just a lot of waiting for the day to wrap up. And sure that was only working 6 hours today, but on Saturday I work 10 to 8, which is 9 hours working giving me 39 hours for the week.

Late in the day, just before I had to leave work my left elbow felt strangely stiff and sore. It felt like I twisted it or lifted something too heavy. But I hadn't picked anything up. The feeling wore off after a while, but that was odd.

Mom said that she was still working on a salad that she had for lunch so she offered me one of the pork steaks that was in the fridge. She was intrigued that I cooked the pork steak in the bacon grease left in the skillet from this morning. Pork Steak cooked in bacon grease is pretty good.

Happy Pride Month to LGBTQ+ people. I'm not one of you, but I believe everybody should live the way they wish.
