Keto Month 3 (Day 106) (156/365 Days 2026 Keto)

Kind of had a hard time building momentum this morning. Just kind of laid in bed for an extra hour, kept telling myself that I needed to get up and get going. I just was kind of lazy this morning.

Annoyed that the BMI is still above the “Morbidly Obese” level.

Today I wore another one of the new pairs of pants that I had ordered last week. These are pretty conformable as well. They are a lot quieter than the “Tactical Police Pants” I was glad to note that these pant's phone pocket was able to hold my phone as previous pairs of pants the phone pocket was too small for my phone. It was kind of funny on the “tactical pants” there was a warning that you are “required to remove packaging to wear pants” The two other pairs of pants don't have that warning as they are folded inside of the packaging. IDK maybe police need to be told to unfold their pants before wearing them.

Sat around for most of the day. I got the next Store Story script done. But most of the day was just sitting around. Tuesday's are my days off so I shouldn't feel bad about sitting around. The video that I want to release this week is already ready to go. I'm hopefully going to record next week video tomorrow. It would be good to have a video ready a full week in advance. The problem with that idea is that I am a bit lazy so I do see myself thinking, “Meh, I have a video done, no reason to hurry to get the next one done.” That is until it's the time that I was wanting to get it done and it isn't done.

I did run to the store to take advantage of a Buy 1 Get 2 sale on chicken (not sponsored). There was also a manager special on pork tenderloins The pork tenderloins were the unseasoned store brand kind so I picked up some Italian Salad Dressing to marinate them when I do get around to cooking one. Mom voiced a concern that I was putting more food into the garage freezer as that fridge has been having some issues in the last couple of months. I'm not discounting her concern on that. But I'm thinking that the reason that it was having issues was because of overfilling the freezer and me opening it too often. I'm sure the new chicken will be fine as the freezer isn't over packed like it was when I first moved in over here. And at first I would do an inventory each week repeatedly opening the door letting in more humidity. But I've changed my strategy on that freezer so it should be fine. <Fingers crossed> I am going to have a lot of chicken for lunch over the next couple of weeks. Which works for me as I like the baked chicken. Mom did remind me that I did have more meat across the street at Grandma's house. She gave me a hard time when I said that I wasn't sure about going over to just snag some food out of her freezer. I think I'll do that tomorrow, just to see what's over there.

With the chicken that I bought for the lunch plan I picked up a 12 pack of Celsius energy as they were cheaper than the Monster than I usually buy. They are smaller cans in the package, so the “price per ounce” was a bit worse, but it was about $4 cheaper.

Took a while vacuum sealing the chicken for the freezer and then grilled a Rib-Eye that I picked up with the chicken and pork tenderloins.

A couple of hours later Mom suggested some hot dogs for dinner.
