That was a really good weight this morning. Bit of a frustration with the waist, but still down 3.5 inches (2.5 cm) for the year. As Christmas Day is on Thursday this year I'm getting paid on Wednesday so I did the grocery shopping yesterday so the check will clear tomorrow. So I usually do the grocery shopping while Roommate is at his weekly medical appointment, but as I already did my grocery shopping yesterday I just came home and waited for him to call. Keto Week 2 (Day 15)

Forgot to post yesterday. I just got distracted by Minecraft. I had finished the Grand Staircase down to Bedrock. And got the idea of making a REALLY BIG ROOM. I had “finished” a 20X30 room that was 10 high. Then the mental nagging got to me. That's not square. Why isn't it square. I had to make it square. I spent all of yesterday and a good chunk of today making it a square 30x30 room...but that's not a cube. Why isn't it a cube? So I'm not exaggerating when I say that I spent the last two days just sitting here at the computer making the REALLY BIG ROOM. Right now it's 30X30X20. I hope I don't get too absorbed by this but I will work on it from time to time to make it the 30 cube. But I really don't want to sit at the computer like this. As this evening I'm more than a little disappointed that I spent the two days just sitting here just sitting in a video game.

When I got the groceries the other day I picked up some strip steaks to have with breakfast. And I am always blown away at how good eggs cooked in butter and beef fat is. It was a little heavy on the salt, but salt is good for you.

Baked some Chicken Quarters for lunch. I was going to have some of the regular Drumsticks and Thighs that I usually have, but those were in the fridge for too long and the fowl went foul. So I got some chicken out of the freezer. I really wasn't impressed with the quality of the chicken. It was just chocked full of bone shards. And eating it was a challenging chore to eat what little meat there seemed to be off of all of the bones. I'm wondering if the Chicken Leg Quarters are intended for a different purpose than just baking a chowing down. Perhaps they're more intended for chicken soup or something. Or maybe that is what they are like and that's why the bag of quarters are so cheap.

Pork steak for dinner. Felt lazy so I just threw some pork steaks in the oven. I had thought about cooking the KC Strips that I had bought the other day. But the Pork Steak had less bone in them and seemed to be easier to cook.

Hey, 2 weeks Keto. And today was even Carnivore. I've been watching a lot of Carnivore Influencers lately. I don't know if I'll ever try that. Maybe if Roommate goes back to work, but that's just excuse. But definitely going to stick with Ketovore if I can.
