I'm thinking about getting back into Keto. I'm not going to jump immediately back into it as I still have several boxes of Hamburger Helper (not sponsored) and some other Non-Keto meals that are going to be the cheaper options. I don't think that I'll start up the Keto Count until Roommate goes back to work, but I am going to try to buy and eat more meat biased meals. I'm just going to have to research some cheaper dinners. Of course I say that and then at lunch I buy some cheese curls The weight is still 13.8 lbs (6.3 kg) down from last year and 8.27 lbs (3.75 kg) down from average, but still it is frustrating that all of that progress over the last couple of months was wiped out so quickly...

Keto Week 3 (Day 28)

I forgot to post yesterday as I was too busy playing with the new spreadsheet. I had put the pay check into the sheet to see how the paycheck this year compared to last year. And somehow it was saying that my net balance more than $400 over than what I had this time last year. And that REALLY didn't seem right as my grand total is sitting at $147. So I had spent WAY too long over the last couple of days putting the totals of the different accounts into the spreadsheet to see the balances of the different accounts and see how they compared to each other. So I had put the totals of each account for every day for the last three years. Making me think of all of the stuff that I had to deal with the last three years. I did myself a favor and just deleted that part of the spreadsheet and took out the pay check of the spending comparison. That's just going to be a rabbit hole that will do no favors. I wonder if I should just go ahead and get rid of the spending comparison sheet as well.

In between working on that spreadsheet I kept telling myself that I need to come up with a lunch for the week. When I opened the file to look through the saved recipes the recipe for Pizza Soup jumped out at me. I know that I just had that a couple of months ago, but the put everything in the pot and wait a while was really playing to the mood that I was in after dealing with the financial stuff.

I came across a couple of videos and other posts suggesting that The Rapture is due to happen tomorrow. Yeah, I'm not going to put money on that. Because

 1. In the actual Bible, it says that nobody knows the day or hour. So anybody who says they've figured it out is saying that they know more than JESUS. That's thinking a bit much of themselves in my opinion. 

And

 2. I've lived through about a dozen, “Oh, it's really the end of the world this time! Truly! Soup and cereal this time!” After a while the, “Repent, repent, it's the end of the world!” looses a bit of the edge when it just keeps spinning.

A bit of an early post because I just went ahead and deleted the stuff I've been working on and it's too late to get started on anything else. Or at least that's the excuse I'm working with. 

Hey, 4 Weeks Keto. That doesn't happen very often. Unfortunately for that tag it's just a couple of days until starting the Keto Month 1. We'll see if it gets to Keto Month 2.
