Weight: 337.2 lbs ( 139.7 kg) BMI: 43.3 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Taco Chili Cheese Curl Chips Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Month 10 (Day 301) Dang that was a jump on the scale. I'm thinking about getting back into Keto. I'm not going to jump immediately back into it as I still have several boxes of Hamburger Helper (not sponsored) and some other Non-Keto meals that are going to be the cheaper options. I don't think that I'll start up the Keto Count until Roommate goes back to work, but I am going to try to buy and eat more meat biased meals. I'm just going to have to research some cheaper dinners. Of course I say that and then at lunch I buy some cheese curls The weight is still 13.8 lbs (6.3 kg) down from last year and 8.27 lbs (3.75 kg) down from average, but still it is frustrating that all of that progress over the last couple of months was wiped out so quickly...

Sober Month 9 (Day 271)
Keto Week 3 (Day 26)

I was going to make steak and eggs for breakfast this morning, but I didn't have any butter. I did buy some butter and aluminum foil this afternoon and when I added the spending to the comparison spreadsheet that I started that compares this years spending to last years spending I was kind of encouraged because this day last year I had spent $30 on Beer and Velveeta dinner. As opposed to today's $8 on butter and foil. Who knows, maybe I'll get to a point where I spend less this year than last year.

I heard the freezer fan buzzing against the ice in the freezer again so I decided to go ahead and thaw out the freezer again. I figured that it'd be better to thaw it out before the ice built up covered the vents into the fridge again and have the food all go bad. I was frustrated to find that there were a couple of the chicken quarters that the bag didn't seal correctly when I vacuum sealed them so the bag was half open. I don't know if they've gone bad or not, but something is telling me that it'd be better to not gamble on it and I just threw them out. But there were some regular chicken drumsticks and thighs in the fridge that were sealed properly.

I've been really disappointed with the scale over the last couple of days. Not sure if the weight gain over the last couple of days is due to the Hot Dogs, the Seltzer water that I've been drinking so much of, or because of the lack of movement this week as I've been on vacation this week. But I'll be going back to work tomorrow so I won't be just sitting here at the computer chugging can after can of seltzer water.

Played some Oblivion today. I'm just about half way through finding and clearing out all of the dungeons and caves in the game. (88% discovered about 39% cleared so about 44% done) There are a couple of locations that I haven't “discovered” yet because they're close to a town in the game that if I get to close to it I'll trigger the main quest and kind of start their world's apocalypse.

I've been doing the quests related to their various deities known as the Deadra. These daedra are kind of like the titans of Greek mythology, or the Vanir of the Norse. They're not exactly always “evil” per say, but they definitely aren't the good guys. The three that I have yet to do are going to be a challenge because one of them is the God of the Downtroden and you can't have a “personality score” that's too high. And I've been playing for a WHILE and my character has gained quite a bit of personality with the other characters. Thankfully it's a kind of game where your interactions with other characters will change the way they feel about you. I just need to figure out how to piss off a LOT of people, or at least I think that's how that'll work. The other one you can only complete when you've finished off all of the other Daedra quests and got quite a bit through the main quest which I've been holding off on until I've done as much as I can with anything else. The third one is just kind of depressing. They're the “God of the Hunt” and that quest is to make an offering of a bear or wolf pelt...and the horn of the unicorn. The last unicorn. It's silly, this is a fantasy game I've wiped out dozens of elves, orcs, cat people, and lizard people. But this task of trophy hunting of the last of it's kind is a heavy task.

Going back to work tomorrow. Kind of mixed feeling about that. It'll be nice to get up and do something (even though most of the time I'm just wondering around waiting to get off). But I'll have to deal with absolute morons. But I won't have to listen to Roommate screaming at video games.
