Sober Month 11 (Day 347)

I woke up yesterday with a heavy case of the “don't wanna to's” I was just had no momentum to do anything. I did start getting things done later in the evening, but I didn't realize that it was that close to midnight when I was wrapping up the post for yesterday and it was 11:59 when I was done writing in the writing program that I use on my computer so I didn't have the time to post it. I'm not sure if it was because I was still recovering from the sinus issues that I was suffering from last week.

I did manage to finish and schedule the upload of the Archive video that I'm planning on for the January Archive video. My second YouTube channel is focused on Recipe Videos and I'm re-uploading the old videos from my first channel to the new channel and the Last Tuesday of each month is going to be the Archive videos. I scheduled that video to go live at the end of January because I'm going to try to get active making videos next month along with the fact that December is kind of supposed to be Christmas themed and the Keto Curry really isn't a very “Christmas-y” recipe.

Roommate postponed his appointment for today as he was suffering from the sinus crap that I had last week. At least he has something to actually complain about instead of his regular incessant whining. I went ahead and did the weekly shopping while he stayed home.

I was planning on going back to the Ketovore plan this week, but I have three servings of the Tater Tot Casserole left (two after today's lunch) I picked up a pack of Jumbo Jumbo Hot Dogs (Not Sponsored). those should last me until Monday and then I'll have Baked Chicken Tuesday Next week. So it will be a couple more days of the “Sobriety Blog” before getting back to the “Ketovore Blog” as long as I don't fall back to the “Daily Blog” I'll be alright. 

I didn't have a very ketogenic lunch, but I did set up the slow cooker with a Mississippi Roast for dinner.  

I'm not sure if I should start the “Keto Kount” again. I've thought about waiting for Roommate to go back to work before getting serious about the diet. But then again there's not really any reason to not to do so.

The scale and the HVAC filters should be here tomorrow. But I'm not expecting them to be here before breakfast and other things that would make it so that a morning weigh in wouldn't be quite right. But I'm looking forward to Thursday when I can get it back on track. I wish I could say that I was confident that I had kept the weight on track over the last couple of weeks, but I highly doubt that it had kept that low. But also, has it really been TWO FULL WEEKS since the scale died? How?

This whole year really blazed and crawled by. There will be times when I'm shocked that something happened only previously this year, but then I'll be blown away by how long ago something was. For instance, when I am writing the title for these I keep correcting myself from writing "September" in the title.
