It's back under the start of the year again and only 4.3 lbs (2 kg) away from the “progress goal” of where I started the tracking back in 2014, only 1.3 lbs (0.6 kg) away from the lowest weight so far this year, and only about 8 lbs (3.6 kg) away from being under 40 BMI (morbidly obese ) I took a moment before work to record the other political short video that I was thinking of making, but again for some reason when I tried to transfer the files to the computer it only played the audio of the video, but not the video. I tried to run the coffee pot again this morning. But no, no luck there. The sound it made is the sound it makes when the water is used up, but the tank is still full of water and the little stream of fluid that comes out is this nasty looking black fluid. Not coffee black, but darker. I'm guessing that there's a clog in the system somewhere. I'm more than a little annoyed by the coffee pot dying. The last coffee pot lasted like 10 years, and this one couldn't even last 10 months. I did think about getting back to the “Decaffeination” blog. But I did just buy two rather large cans of coffee and a new pot will just be about $25 (not sponsored)

Spent a lot of time at the computer today, but it was a kind of a productive day as I was updating a lot of the spreadsheets for the next year.

I had a snack of Hot Dogs, I'll admit that I had that snack more because I was bored than because I was hungry.

When I defrosted the freezer the other day I had accidentally left a pack of bratwursts in the fridge so I just had that for lunch today.

When I did the inventory and meal plan last week it was on Monday and I had misjudged how many meals to plan for so I didn't have anything planned for the dinner tonight. Luckily Roommate had a couple boxes of Mac and Cheese in the cabinet. So I browned a pound of ground beef with some homemade taco seasoning with the Mac and cheese and Rotel to make some “Taco Mac” Not very Ketogenic, but I couldn't think of anything else. It would have been nice to have gotten to a full week of Keto before resetting the count

wrote this up rather quickly as I had lost track of time.
