It is good that the waist is down. It's been a while since it was that far down. I'm pretty sure that 51 inches is the record. I worked 12 to 9 today so I had some extra time before work. When I woke up Step-Dad was already cooking sausage and eggs for breakfast. And as I was sitting around before work I started on the script for the next Store Story. These weekly scripted videos are going to be a serious grind. Props to the people who are able to get that done. But then again a good number of people who are successful on YouTube have massive teams behind them and I'm kind of a One-Man-Band. As I worked later th...

Sober Month 11 (Day 340)

Slow start to the day. Some gunk in the back of my throat making my throat sore. Along with some sinus congestion.

Ran out of bacon a couple of days ago so yesterday and today I had a pork steak for breakfast. I was going to have eggs to go with, but those steaks were pretty sizable so having a plate sized pork steak with four fried eggs seemed like a lot.

I had just finished cooking the breakfast steak when Roommate came downstairs and announced that his doctors appointment this week is at 10am instead of the 11am it had been in the last couple of weeks and we needed to leave right then because it was just time to leave to get to his appointment. I put a lid on the skillet and since I have an electric stove the burner was still hot when I got back from dropping him off at his appointment.

Normally I would have done the weekly grocery shopping while he was at his appointment, but I hadn't had breakfast yet and hadn't had a chance to write down the grocery list yet. So I came back home until he was done with the doctor. Usually I get done with the shopping just as he's finishing with his appointment, but since I came home to eat and finish the shopping list I just waited for him to finish there to go do the shopping.

I had some coupons for some things that I typically buy and there was a coupon for $17 off of a $170 order (not sponsored). It is kind of funny to spend more to save some with coupons. But I was out of D3+K2 supplements and some other things. But what was fun was that after coupons the grand total for the grocery order this week was $148 with the budget of $150. I did think about buying a lottery ticket, but I decided to save the savings instead of burning it on lottery tickets that I never win on.

I had a couple of servings of Pizza Pasta left so I had one for lunch today while I was cooking the Tater Tot Casserole. And yes neither Pizza Pasta nor Tater Tot Casserole are very Ketogenic, but I'm thinking next week I'm going to try to get back to the Ketovore plan. I did do inventory and made the meal plan for the week. And getting back to the Ketovore plan isn't going to be hard. It's just bacon and eggs for breakfast, a Keto friendly lunch, and a meat for dinner. And that's pretty much what I was doing anyway.

Another early post, but I'm not feeling great. I think I have a small fever. I don't think I'm sick, sick. But I'm not feeling 100% great so I'm going to go to bed. Hopefully it's just the switching of the weather throwing me off.
