Weight: 337.2 lbs ( 139.7 kg) BMI: 43.3 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Taco Chili Cheese Curl Chips Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Month 10 (Day 301) Dang that was a jump on the scale. I'm thinking about getting back into Keto. I'm not going to jump immediately back into it as I still have several boxes of Hamburger Helper (not sponsored) and some other Non-Keto meals that are going to be the cheaper options. I don't think that I'll start up the Keto Count until Roommate goes back to work, but I am going to try to buy and eat more meat biased meals. I'm just going to have to research some cheaper dinners. Of course I say that and then at lunch I buy some cheese curls The weight is still 13.8 lbs (6.3 kg) down from last year and 8.27 lbs (3.75 kg) down from average, but still it is frustrating that all of that progress over the last couple of months was wiped out so quickly...

Brunch: Fried Chicken, Flavored water, energy shot

Dinner: KC Strip Steak (it was on sale), Knorr Beef Stroganoff noodles

Snack: Girl Scout Thin Mints Cookies, 1.25 L Coke, energy shot.

Notes: I woke up early this morning, early enough to get a weekly weigh in video done. But I didn't manage to get my fruit smoothie made. I did manage to get a couple of meal servings out of the freezer last night, but they were still frozen when I had to leave for work this morning. So I had fried chicken for lunch today. It's a very cost effective meal, but not very healthy. I am glad that I'll have a meal ready for tomorrow though. And starting tomorrow I'm going to go back to a hard quit on caffeine again. I really can't call this blog series “quitting soda” if I keep drinking soda like I have been. Sure my soda intake has dropped considerably since I started this blog, but I need to just stop altogether. Because that's how I'll fall off of the wagon, I'll have little bits at a time and then eventually I'll be back where I started on drinking soda.
