And I spent a lot of the evening after work editing it. So a lot of the mental energy went into that. It's not a lot of editing to do it's just getting rid of the “um's and uh's” throughout the video. My videos are really just me talking to the camera. I should be able to upload it tomorrow before work if not then it'll be up after work. I was eager to try to get that video done because I had received an email from Patreon saying that since my account had been idle for so long it is about to be “unpublished” I have yet to get anybody to sign up for my Patreon and I doubt that I ever will, but it definitely won't ...

Dinner: mac and cheese pork roast

Snack: Sandwich, beer

I did manage to avoid soda today. But I didn't really pay attention to what I ate today. I did manage to get some recipes together and go to the store. Still need to take inventory and get a meal plan together. I really want to start making progress on this. Gaining 10 lbs in five days is NOT acceptable
