We'll see if that continues Trying to think of anything to say. But when I got home my brain just shut down. Today went really smoothly. The store has a promotion for $5 dozen donuts and someone had bought several dozen for the break room. I know that I shouldn't have, but I had a couple of them during my 15 minute break as I had worked a 5:3 split today. Having donuts resets the Keto Kount. I thought about not saying anything, because nobody would know if I didn't tell anybody. But a lie of omission is still a lie, and I'd just be lying to myself. Lunch: Cheesy Ramen

Dinner: mac and cheese pork roast

Snack: Sandwich, beer

I did manage to avoid soda today. But I didn't really pay attention to what I ate today. I did manage to get some recipes together and go to the store. Still need to take inventory and get a meal plan together. I really want to start making progress on this. Gaining 10 lbs in five days is NOT acceptable
