I didn't wake up, but it didn't track my sleeping so it gave me a bad score because it didn't track any sleep several times over the night. I was able to wake up pretty good this morning before work. I was kind of worried as I was scheduled to come in at 7am which is quite a bit earlier than I usually work. I did buy a Sugar Free red bull the other day when I got groceries. Okay, Trying this again. I tried to do a daily blog before, but I couldn't think of much to say in a daily post. So I'm thinking for round 2 I'm going to just mostly use this as a food log and something to keep me on track on the avoidance of soda. When I was doing this last time around I was completely avoiding caffeine altogether. And I was feeling pretty good by the end of the two weeks, but I just couldn't think of anything to say on a daily blog. (Outside of complaining about work every day.) This time around I'm just going to be avoiding soda and energy drinks. I will still be drinking coffee and tea on occasion. But no pop, not even sprite. I guess this is more of a quest to avoid sugar more than it is to avoid caffeine.

Breakfast: Burger King Buttermilk Biscuit Meal

Lunch: Arby's Double Cheddar Beef sandwich meal.

Dinner: Taco Bell XL Brurrito Meal + extra taco.

Snacks: none
