Weight: 324.2 lbs ( 147.0 kg) BMI: 41.6 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: X Lunch: AI Chili Members Mark Hot Dogs Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 372) Keto Day 2 I got to sleep pretty quickly last night, but the watch gave me a pretty low “sleep score” for last night because I woke up early and there seemed to be some updates during the night so it interrupted the tracking. I didn't wake up, but it didn't track my sleeping so it gave me a bad score because it didn't track any sleep several times over the night. I was able to wake up pretty good this morning before work. I was kind of worried as I was scheduled to come in at 7am which is quite a bit earlier than I usually work. I did buy a Sugar Free red bull the other day when I got groceries. Breakfast: Avocado, Banana, Kale, Orange, vanilla Vega shake

Lunch: Campbell chunky minstrone soup bologna sandwich

Dinner:Velveeta skillet dinner, 1.25 Liter Dr Pepper

Snack: Taco Johns #8 meal (meat burrito, soft shell taco, tater tots small Dr pepper)


Yeah, really didn't do well over the last couple of days on the whole “quitting soda” thing. But I have avoided soda a lot more than I normally would have. But yeah, I had Velveeta dinner tonight because all of my food is frozen. But I'll getting on the meal plan tomorrow. I didn't get the meal's counted out today, I got laundry done, and I was distracted by the Master Chief Collection that I redownloaded for my Xbox 1. But I'm going to get up early tomorrow and (hopefully) get things done.
