Roommate had his appointment this morning at 8:45. So I ran him by the hospital, while he was at the hospital, I decided to go do the grocery shopping. As soon as got done with that I went home, when I got home I went ahead and took shower. As soon as the shower was done Roommate was done with his appointment, but he needed to run by Walgreen's (not sponsored) on the way home he was in a bad mood so he wanted McDonald's (Not Sponsored). So I ran him by McDonald's I was trying to decide if the one on 4t h street or the one on 11t h was closer, but he said that the one a block and a half away from the Walgreen's was the closest one. Breakfast: Fruit smoothie, chocolate Vega shake

Lunch: 4cheese/4 meat pizza flavored hot pockets 20oz Dr pepper

Dinner: Chicken Breast, Parisian noodles with sauce, peas

Snack: pot of coffee, sleeve of thin mint girl scout cookies, Kroger and Goody Energy shots

Notes: Although I did manage to get a meal plan out and I did plan out a lunch for today, I forgot to bring the lunch to work with me toady so I had to eat hot pockets for lunch. And I did slip on the Dr Pepper temptation. But the only soda I had today (that is if you don't count the coffee that I had this morning which I do have with quite a bit of sugar in it)
