Weight: 334.6 lbs ( 151.7 kg) BMI: 43 Waist: 54.5 in (138.4 cm) WtHr: 73.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Taco Casserole   Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee with cream, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Red Bull, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Month 6 (Day 197) Keto Day 2 Playing Minecraft last night was really strange they had updated the lighting effects and it was really strange to have shadows in Minecraft. It was kind of neat how the torches let out a soft orange glow. But a lot of the “day” in the game had really bright haze over everything to simulate bright sunlight. So it really only looked right in the morning and during the evening when the sun was low in the game. I worked later in the afternoon than I usually do. (1-9 instead of 11-8 or 12-9) but I really wasn't very productive this morning. I really just spent the time before work starring at the financial program that I use to track and plan my spending. I was going back and forth on wither or not or how to budget...

Breakfast: Fruit smoothie, chocolate Vega shake

Lunch: 4cheese/4 meat pizza flavored hot pockets 20oz Dr pepper

Dinner: Chicken Breast, Parisian noodles with sauce, peas

Snack: pot of coffee, sleeve of thin mint girl scout cookies, Kroger and Goody Energy shots

Notes: Although I did manage to get a meal plan out and I did plan out a lunch for today, I forgot to bring the lunch to work with me toady so I had to eat hot pockets for lunch. And I did slip on the Dr Pepper temptation. But the only soda I had today (that is if you don't count the coffee that I had this morning which I do have with quite a bit of sugar in it)
