Weight: 337.2 lbs ( 139.7 kg) BMI: 43.3 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Taco Chili Cheese Curl Chips Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Month 10 (Day 301) Dang that was a jump on the scale. I'm thinking about getting back into Keto. I'm not going to jump immediately back into it as I still have several boxes of Hamburger Helper (not sponsored) and some other Non-Keto meals that are going to be the cheaper options. I don't think that I'll start up the Keto Count until Roommate goes back to work, but I am going to try to buy and eat more meat biased meals. I'm just going to have to research some cheaper dinners. Of course I say that and then at lunch I buy some cheese curls The weight is still 13.8 lbs (6.3 kg) down from last year and 8.27 lbs (3.75 kg) down from average, but still it is frustrating that all of that progress over the last couple of months was wiped out so quickly...

Notes: I finally managed to take inventory of my freezer and make a meal plan for the week. And it is a good thing that I did manage to do so. I just barely had enough for a full week of 14 meals. I have a few more servings of fruit for morning smoothies. I'm debating wither or not to continue the full fruit smoothies. Fruit can be quite expensive. Perhaps I should just have the Vega shakes alone. I forgot to take breakfast this morning. I did start drinking more water. I have long heard that drinking at least a gallon a day will help loose weight. And I have to say that I have been feeling a lot better this evening after I started drinking more, but it probably help with this evening's weigh in.

I slept in a bit more than I should have again. I want to start waking up around 5am, but I just haven't managed to. My alarms go off, I have four on my phone and two on my alarm clock proper. The last couple of days I am awakened by my alarms around 5am I blink and then it's 8am. But I have been staying up a lot later than I should be.
