I don't know if it was seasonal allergies acting up or maybe because I didn't eat dinner last night. But it felt like I took a baseball bat upside my head when I woke up this morning. Headache really didn't fade over the day. Had a strange moment when I was unwrapping the container of eggs that I bought yesterday. I buy the 60 pack thing of eggs as it lasts me a couple of weeks. With the 4 eggs and 4 strips of bacon that I have for breakfast. As I was unwrapping the plastic around the bundle one of the eggs fell out and I noticed that another egg inside of it was broken. General Update June 2023

FIrst half of the day was awesome Daily Blog May 31, 2023

Weight: 329.6 lbs ( 149.5 kg) BMI: 42.3 Waist: 56 in ( 142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Lasagna Soup Dinner: Burger patties (grilled), Mac and cheese Drinks: couple cups of coffee; ~3600ml water, 6pk Bud Light      Woke up in a good mood. With the recipe videos that I recorded yesterday and the inventory I took of the freezer, I am stocked up with food for the next month and a half. So if I stick with the discipline for the next month and a half the only food I'll have to buy is bacon, coffee, and cream for said coffee. And the only dishes I'll have to do is cleaning off the pan I cook bacon in and rinsing off the bowls/silverware of the leftovers. That is if I have the discipline to stick with this plan. I was laying in bed thinking of all of the stuff I want to get done today, but Tuesdays are my days off, but I have a lot to do today...repeat.      When I did finally convenience myself to get going I was excited to see that I was back under 330 lbs (149.7 kg) again! It's only by 3oz (90g) But hey, it's still under the last goal. Unlikely to meet the next goal ( 320 lbs {145.2 kg} by June 5) 330 lbs is the goal that I've been working on for the longest. And that's the one where I know if I hit it, I'm on the right track. When I'm not doing things right I'm never under 330 lbs. Waistline is up a bit from yesterday, but I'm noticing that the sides of the gut are sinking in again. ...
