Weight: 335 lbs ( 152 kg) BMI: 42.8 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Fried Chicken, Kroger BBQ Flavored Chips Dinner: BBQ Chuck Roast Drinks: Salted Coffee, Sugar Free Red Bull, Low Carb Monster, Kroger Seltzer, Unsweetened Tea Sober Month 4 (Day 144) I shouldn't have had finished off the pitcher of Tea last night. Had a hard time falling asleep after posting the blog last night. Body was tired, mind was tired, brain WAS WIRED FOR SOUND. I made another pitcher of tea this morning, but I didn't have any of it after work. I'm not going to go full caffeine free, but I'm going to try to avoid it in the evening. I'll see if that helps me sleep better.  A little disappointed at the weight tracking over the last couple of day, sure I haven't been on the diet, but does it collapse so quickly if you're not that close to the diet 100% of the time? The first day back from vacation always really pisses me off. It's always a mi...

Just so tired Daily Blog 8-8-21

Weight: 352 lbs (159.7 kg) BMI: 45.2 Waist: 57 (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs, coffee with cream and non sugar vanilla flavoring Lunch: Deli Prepackaged Cobb Salad, Diet Monster energy Dinner: Mac and cheese with smoked sausage hot dogs Had a bit rough start to the morning. Just had a hard time getting the momentum going. Worked noon until 8. I did wake up around 9 am, but all I seemed to manage to get done was counting down until the time I had to get ready for work. Which really seemed to come up fast. I did manage to get some bacon and eggs fried up. What was really strange was that I was feeling really quite up and motivated for most of the morning. But as soon as I started drinking the coffee I suddenly felt like I was way past half asleep. This was a very odd feeling. I was under the impression that the caffeine in coffee would help wake me up, but after my second cup of coffee I felt that it took all of my self effort to just keep my head up. Getting to w...

Trying to keep going Daily Blog 8-7-2021

Weight: 354 lbs (160.6 kg) BMI: 45.4 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHR: 77% Breakfast: Bacon, eggs, coffee with cream Lunch: Deli Prepackaged Chef Salad, Sugar free monster energy, small bag of crunchy Cheetos Dinner: Pork steaks, Heinz 57, 12pk Bud light I woke up this morning. It did take me a bit to wake up properly, but that is a bit of the “A body at rest tends to stay at rest” kind of thing. And a bit of the fact that I finished that entire package of corona hard seltzer. But when I did manage to convince myself to get up I got a text from a coworker asking me if I could come in early; she had weekend plans that she hadn't planned for. I'm a bit annoyed by this, but I am pretty close to 40 hours and I'm not exactly in the position to turn down hours (not in an a precarious place so there is no need to worry, it's just that I could be in a slightly better position financially.) And she only wants me to come in a half an hour early. Whatever, a bit annoying, but a...

8-6-2021 Trying to start this up again

Weight 357.6 BMI: 45.9 Waist: 57.5 WtHr: 78% Breakfast: -X- slept in Lunch: Italian Sandwich from deli (sans bread) Sugar Free Monster Energy Dinner: Grilled Cheddar Bratwursts, Ranch dressing (used as a condiment) 12 pk Corona Hard Seltzer   I've heard (several times, from multiple sources) that skipping breakfast is a way to continue the state of “fasting” which is a way that your body relies on its fat deposits. But lately, to be honest, I've been just lingering in bed until I determine that I've laid in bed long enough and I really need to get up. I really need to get more motivated in my life. I have so many things that I want to do, and work on. There really isn't a valid excuse for me to not do anything until I have to go to work. But when I did finally did get up I thought I would try this project again.  For my “lunch break” (which was at around 3pm). I had an Italian sandwich that the deli has for sell. I didn't eat the bread of the sandwich because I...
