It's been a while since I've watched the Lord of the Rings movies. Yesterday wasn't a very productive day. I really just kind of sat here at the computer kind of dozing. I was going to clean out the fridge, but I never got around to it as I was just tired all day. When I woke up this morning there was a bad stench in the fridge. The freezer had clogged up the vents again. I was going to thaw it out yesterday, but I decided to go ahead and to do it today. I wasn't paying attention to what the voice was saying because they started the session by saying, “Sit up straight in your chair, your head straight up, and let the stress of your day flow down. Let the stress of the day flow down into the part of the chair where your chair is touching your body” And I couldn't help but interpret that as, “Let the stress of the day flow down, let the stress of the day flow down, and out of your ass” The rest of the meditative session was lost to me because I couldn't help but to bust out laughing about the idea of forcing the daily stress out the ass. Weight: 332.2 lbs (150.7 kg) BMI: 42.6 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Strip Steak and Eggs Lunch: 4x Bar S Jumbo Jumbo Quarter Pound Beef Hot Dogs Dinner: Baked Bratwursts Drinks: 2x cups of Coffee Black, 500ml Bottled Water x3, Kroger Energy Shot, Sugar Free Rockstar Sliver Ice, Kroger Seltzer Water Lemon Lime x4, 900ml water, Sober Week 1 (Day 10) Had a hard time falling asleep last night. I was able to get to bed around midnight like I want to. I had listened to the meditation lessons that my phone plays each night. And I felt really calm, but sleep just didn't happen. The health app says that I fell asleep at about 1:25am but I'm pretty sure that I remember seeing the alarm clock show 2:30. I woke up at about 7:30 and I felt alright. “Keto Insomnia” is a known thing when transitioning to the Keto diet. And this can last up to four weeks.
