Yesterday was Grandma's birthday so Mom treated her to a lunch at a local steakhouse. I went along, buying my own lunch. I had the Club Salad. It did seem Ketogenic, but it was a rather large salad. And then had Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Smoked Sausages and cottage cheese for “lunch” at work then had Member's Mark Hot dogs for dinner when I got home. So I really did eat too much yesterday (Monday). Since I got off late last night I just didn't have the time or mental energy to get yesterday's post done.
