I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. And on that point feet and shins felt amazing this morning. It sucked last night a screw came out of the back of my computer chair. I was able to put the screw back in. And it seems to be holding, but for a while I was thinking that I was going to have to buy a new one. That would kind ...

I guess that Queso Soup is bad for weight loss lol, I shouldn't worry about a daily fluctuation, but being up by four pounds in a single day is unfortunate. But considering that the waist hasn't gone up I'm just assuming that I'm just sitting on the food I ate yesterday (Tuesday).

I got an email that showed the data of Yesterday's DXA scan. I got to say I DO NOT like the green blob of me laying there. I do have to say that I was surprised of the amount of fat that is in my legs. I knew that I had a serious gut that I had to work on, but I has always assumed that my legs were all muscle as I walk around all day almost every day. And my thighs have always been really hard, so I wonder if that is just fat inside of the muscles. And that does reaffirm that walking around won't build muscle/eliminate fat. There was a lot of information on that PDF and I couldn't seem to find anything online that could simplify any of it so I am looking forward for the Tuesday appointment for the Doctor to translate it all. I am also curious about the blood tests that they did last week as well. Something that is kind of concerning is that the scan yesterday was done with X-rays and this morning I woke up with what feels like a burn on my left pointer finger. I don't remember injuring it on anything and the paranoid thought it is a radiation burn from the ionizing X-rays. But everything online insists that the scans power is too low to cause any problems. But the left pointer finger has been really distracting all day long. I'll definitely have to bring up the concern to the doctor next Tuesday's appointment.

I really can't think of anything else to day. It was a pretty boring day for the most part. Didn't really even have any moments where it could be a “Mark Whines About Work” post. Really the only frustration was when it got busy the Customer Service Manager kept telling people to do several things at the same time, and kept getting angry at people because people weren't doing all of the things at the same time. And there was one lady who got confused and upset because she kept asking to have things added and voided from her order and kept getting frustrated because I kept telling her different totals as she voided and added items to her order. But a situation like that is already on the Store Stories To Do List.
