Weight: 344.2 lbs ( 156.1 kg) BMI: 44.2 Waist: 57.5 in (146.1 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken Snack: Sea Salt Mixed Nuts Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Week 4 (Day 30) YMCA: X Finally some progress on the waist. I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. And on that point feet and shins felt amazing this morning. It sucked last night a screw came out of the back of my computer chair. I was able to put the screw back in. And it seems to be holding, but for a while I was thinking that I was going to have to buy a new one. That would kind ...

Setting Up the Basement Daily Blog Sep 27, 2022

Weight: 357.4 lbs ( 162.1 kg) BMI: 45.9 Waist: 57 in ( 144.8 cm) WtHR: 77% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: X Dinner: Papa Murphy's Pizza Drinks: Pot of coffee, a couple cans of Coke Zero, 2L Diet Dr Pepper, Large Can Mikes Harder Black Cherry Lemonade      Was hungry for breakfast. I wasn't when I woke up, but by noon the bacon in my fridge was sounding pretty good.      Saw a picture on Reddit that was a piece of printer paper hanging in a Fridge that said, “You're not hungry, you're bored. Close the door.” That was a good reminder for most of the afternoon. I knew I was what I like to call, “Mouth Hungry” I was wanting flavor, I was wanting to eat something so that I would be eating something. Decided to start cleaning up the basement. No I wasn't quite THAT desperate for something to do.       I have three 3D printers sitting in the basement. Two of these printers haven't been touched in over a year and one that...

Weight: 361.6 lbs ( 164 kg) BMI: 46.4 Waist: 58 in ( 147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.3% Breakfast: Leftover Pork Steak Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages, Sugar Free Rockstar energy Dinner: BBQ Roast Drinks: 2 L diet Mt Dew, several cans of Pepsi Zero Wild cherry, attempt at a bouillon tea      I'll admit that I only ate the pork steak breakfast because it was sitting there from last night. The microwave didn't do the steak very many favors. It tasted good, but it was all kinds of dried out. I now have bits of meat stuck in my teeth      I think I figured out the source of these damn flies. And probably why my kitchen smells like rancid pee. A week or so ago I made a rack of ribs in the Instant Pot and I'm just now getting around to doing the dishes; I really need to do dishes a lot more often. This once a week or waiting until all of the forks and plates are used up really is just breeding flies and bad smells.      But...

My Feet Hurt Too Daily Blog Sep 25, 2022

Didn't get a chance to stand on the scale this morning Breakfast: Doritos w/Queso Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages, Macaroni Salad Drinks: 2x Sparkling waters, 2x Kroger Energy shots, 2L Pepsi Zero Wild Cherry Dinner: Pork steaks      Finished off the Doritos and queso for breakfast this morning I forgot about the “Don't eat unless hungry” part of the plan. I'm not going to beat myself up about it very much. It is something that I do wish I would stick to. But I'm not going to hate myself if I don't stick to it.      Macaroni Salad sounded really good during lunch. A coworker that I've told that I am wanting to do a low-carb diet asked me if macaroni salad is low-carb. I don't think that they were trying to call me out, or be snarky or anything. I just think that they were trying to make conversation. But I had to sheepishly explain that I was just falling for a craving.      It was one of those amaz...

Weight: 357.6 lbs (162.2 kg) BMI: 45.9 Waist: 58in ( 147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.3% Breakfast: X Lunch: Doritos with queso and hot dogs Drinks: 2x Kroger energy shots, Sparkling water, 4x Milwaukee's Best Dinner: WAY TOO MUCH spaghetti      Wasn't hungry for breakfast. And again, I am going to try avoiding eating if I'm not hungry. “Food is fuel” you don't put more gas in the car if the tank isn't empty.      THESE FLIES ARE GOING TO DRIVE ME INSANE! I'm not sure if it's the weather changing, or if it's that I just let my house get that bad. But when I'm sitting at my computer they are constantly swarming around my head. Strange that there are more flies around my computer than there are in the kitchen where the dirty dishes are. But I can't wait for it to get cold enough to kill these bastards off. I read online that cinnamon is one of the things that repels flies so I sprinkled that around my desk, and when I got back from the restroom I saw a fly ...

Weight: 359.4 lbs (163 kg) BMI: 46.1 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHR: 77% Breakfast: Village Inn Chicken Fried Steak Meal Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages Dinner: X Drink: Sparkling water, 2x Kroger Energy Shots, 4x 24oz Milwaukee's Best ICE beer mood: Neutral      My roommate is an over the road truck driver and when he is in town and it's kind of a ritual when he gets into town the next morning he rents a car and we go to the Village Inn here in town. I know that Chicken Fried Steak really isn't in the diet plan that I want to be on, but it also sounded so very good. Got a laugh out of my roommate, because I say the same thing every time we go out to eat I get the chicken fried steak. And then every time I get the chicken fried steak I point out that I get it every time we go out. It is a bit unnerving to listen to him talk during the meal. He seems to be balls deep into the MAGA “woohoo the world is ending!” conspiracies. He seems to be very excited f...

First Day of Fall! 9-22-2022

Weight: 360.8 lbs (163.7 kg) BMI: 46.3 Waist: 58.5 in (148.6 cm) WtHR: 79.1% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Artichoke Bacon Chicken Soup Dinner: Chicken Alfredo mood: Chill      First day of fall!! (Dancing around). And today has the perfect weather for it. I'm kind of chuckling that the high temperature went from 93 F (~34 C) to 60 (~15C) It would be nice if it stayed that way for a while but after tomorrow the temps are going to jump back up to the 80's (>27 C) I guess it beats the temps in the upper 90's (upper 30's C) that we were getting over the last couple of months. I wasn't going to turn the heater on, but last night I had opened up the windows to enjoy the cool down. So this morning when I woke up it was 50 (10 C) something degrees outside, therefore it was that cold in my house. Yeah, I flipped that heater on real quick. It is kind of fascinating how quickly the apartment warmed up. If it was ungodly hot and I had turned the AC on it would ...
