Weight: 324.6 lbs ( 147.2 kg) BMI: 41.7 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Cabbage Soup   Dinner: Screaming Sicilian Supremus Maximus, Kroger 3 Cheese Garlic Bread Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Sober Month 10 (Day 322) Good weight this morning. I thought the scale was glitching again, but each time I stood on the scale it gave me the same (ish) number! That's the lowest weight so far this year. That's 0.8 lbs (0.4 kg) pounds from the lowest weight last year. Yesterday they called me to ask if I wanted to come in an hour early to cover somebody's lunch because the lady who was supposed to do that lunch had a doctor's notice that she can't work for the next several days. I agreed because I was kind of shorted on hours this week. I didn't realize that I was volunteering for a 6:2 split day. When I got there the trans person at self checkout asked me if I was coming in to be Super...

Day Trip to Glass/Gloss Mountain State Park

Image
A while back my mom started a Facebook group to highlight her travels. And I suggested that we visit the closest mountain to where we live here in South Central Kansas. With phones that take decent pictures we headed south when our schedules aligned It was kind of interesting to see the wind farms in Harper County. Mom has some pretty hard core libertarian views. So when she saw me staring at the windmills we had some interesting conversations. (I personally try to stay neutrally aligned to political parties)   We were about twenty minutes out from our destination and we had yet to see any hills greater than what we'd see in most of Kansas. Before we left my roommate (who is a trucker, so he has travel experience) had told me that a trip to Oklahoma would just look like Kansas. And most of our trip did look like the highways between home and going over to Wichita. There were times when the trees and hills would open up and do what I call, "Let your eyes see for a while." ...

Car is Fixed (?) Daily Blog 4-27-21

Weight: 355.4 lbs (161.2 kg) BMI: 45.6 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHR 78% Breakfast:x Lunch: Taco Bell Crunch wrap, taco, Doritos Taco with spicy Ranch, Baja Mt Dew Dinner: Ribs Snack: Corn Chips and Queso Man I need to get these dishes done. They are seriously reeking up my house.      Taco Bell for lunch really wasn't on the meal plan. But I do have to say that the Doritos taco with spicy ranch dressing is dangerously good.      Got my car oil change done. I took it to a local garage instead of back to the dealership. Last oil change I took it to the dealership and it took them five or six hours to do the change because they "don't follow their online appointments". But this only took about an hour or so to get my car in and oil changed. I also had them do a check on the engine.       The last couple of months the engine just sounded rough as hell. It sounded like it had a bad throat or something. When the mechanic looked at th...

Not Hungry For Dinner Daily Blog 4-26-21

Weight: 357.8 lbs (162.3 kg) BMI: 45.9 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHR 77% Breakfast: Leftover Chuck Roast Lunch: Deli Chef Salad Bowl Dinner: not hungry      A little annoyed that I've been gaining weight each day for the last several days. However the weigh in video that I had produced yesterday showed a loss from February      Having my car looked at tomorrow. The oil change is due, and it is making strange noises. It kind of sounds like it has a sore throat or something. It's not showing any indicator lights, but I thought that it would be a good idea to get it checked out before any lights came on. Last week I had set up an appointment on the garages website, but they didn't get that appointment so I had to reschedule for tomorrow.      Today is the 30 th anniversary of the Andover tornado. And I was watching footage of various tornadoes. Power of the wind really is quite awe inspiring      I'm not sure if t...

Weight: 355.8 lbs (161.4 kg) BMI: 45.7 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr 77% Breakfast: Lunch: Top Loin Steak Dinner: Slow Cooker Chuck Roast, Mac and cheese    CORRECTION: The last couple of days I've been mentioning that I had a lot of KC Strip Steaks, I looked over these again and they are actually Top Loin Steaks. I'm not sure if that makes much difference in much, but I thought it would be good to point out in case anyone gets confused by the sudden switch in the steaks that I'll be eating for the next week or so. (laughing at myself for typing that like anyone actually reads these)        Had a slow start to the morning. Woke up a bit late and it took a bit of convincing to get up and moving. Not that I felt bad, it's just that it was nice to lay in bed and scroll though the phone. I've heard that a lot of people don't keep their phones near their beds. I think that might be a good idea to start doing.      Spent all morning gettin...

That's a Lot of Steaks Daily Blog 4-24-21

Weight: 355.2 lbs (161.1 kg) BMI: 45.6 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr 77% Breakfast: Grilled Beef Steak Lunch: Kroger Single Salad Bowl Dinner: Velveeta Skillet Dinner      For Breakfast I grilled beef steak. I forgot to label the meat when I put it up in the freezer. I cleaned out the freezer and since I haven't been planing out my meals like I want to be doing all I had in the freezer are various (mostly unlabeled) steaks. So it kind of looks like I'll be doing a mostly carnivorous meal plan for the next week or so. Seriously I have about 12 steaks for the next week or so. I do plan on restocking the freezer. But I would like to go through all of these steaks that I have built up.      For lunch I had a salad kit that my store sells in the produce department. It was a bit smaller than I'm used to eating for a meal. But that might be a good thing. But I do miss the Salad Bar that our store used to have. It was closed when the COVID pandemic started, ...
