I had a notification from PayPal. Roommate had sent me the usual amount to cover his half of the rent and "help" with the bills. In the note that I left to announce my intention to move out I told him that I'd leave the decision of rent reimbursement to his discretion I guess that was what he decided to do. I did think of sending a text thanking him. But thought that might come across as sarcastic or harsh. Also had a surprise on the scale. Three days on a row below the Morbidly Obese level! These numbers are crazy.  I was also surprised to see Roommate wake up before I had to go to work. I was busy running around getting things ready to move out tomorrow night. suddenly glad my house didn't burn down

a couple of days ago I was baking chicken for lunch and after it got done cooking the oven made this nasty crunchy buzzing noise and the bottom heating element melted down.  Landlord looked at it last night and determined that it just needed a new heating element,  it seemed like it would have been an extremely easy fix.

 If it would have worked. 

but when he installed the new heating element this afternoon the indicator light came on and the oven started heating up like it was baking.  Except that it was turned to off.  That was a pretty good indication that there was something seriously wrong with the entire appliance.  Within a couple of hours he was back with a whole new oven.  To which I am supremely grateful.  On a lower level of thought I was afraid that he would present me with a bill after he was done installing the new stove, but he really isn't that kind of guy and he didn't mention anything when he was done. (which was great because money is tight enough as it is).  It wasn't until after he left that I got the idea that holy crap the oven was just sending electricity through the machine without it being turned on and all of the horrible things that could have happened with that situation.  But hey, at least I have a new thing to play with.

but hey, now that thing is taken care of I can go back to not focusing on getting my videos done.

Weight: 321.5 lbs ( 145.8 kg) BMI: 41.3 Waist: 53.5 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Snack: Black Eye Peas Breakfast: Members Mark Hot Dogs Lunch: Johnsonville Beddar with Cheddar double cheddar smoked sausages Snack: Bar-S Jumbo Jumbo Hot Dogs Dinner: Christmas at Grandmas Drinks: Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 380) Keto Day 0 Had a hard time falling asleep last night, but was still able to wake up and get to work on time. Really good drop on the scale this morning. I haven't started a year under 330 (149.7 kg) since 2015. I've been lower in weight a couple of times last year. But I haven't been this constantly low for quite some time. I'm working 10-7 today so a little bit earlier than I'm used to. And I did wake up naturally right at 8am, but I kept trying to tell myself that I have less time than normal to get things done. It was like my brain was saying, “we need to get up and hurry!” and my body was like, “cool, cool story bro” The weight has tracked up over the last couple of days, but not nearly as much as the last several years.
