Sure the weight has been under the start of the year for most of the year. But for most of this month the wight has tracked upwards. I think it might be a bit soon to tell if today's weight was the result of the TMAD diet finally taking hold. I was dreading trying to come up with the courage to call the dentist to cancel the plan for the implants as throwing around numbers all day yesterday just didn't make it look like I was able to afford the two $11,000 payments and I wasn't sure how the $620 payment plan that we discussed fit into everything. suddenly glad my house didn't burn down

a couple of days ago I was baking chicken for lunch and after it got done cooking the oven made this nasty crunchy buzzing noise and the bottom heating element melted down.  Landlord looked at it last night and determined that it just needed a new heating element,  it seemed like it would have been an extremely easy fix.

 If it would have worked. 

but when he installed the new heating element this afternoon the indicator light came on and the oven started heating up like it was baking.  Except that it was turned to off.  That was a pretty good indication that there was something seriously wrong with the entire appliance.  Within a couple of hours he was back with a whole new oven.  To which I am supremely grateful.  On a lower level of thought I was afraid that he would present me with a bill after he was done installing the new stove, but he really isn't that kind of guy and he didn't mention anything when he was done. (which was great because money is tight enough as it is).  It wasn't until after he left that I got the idea that holy crap the oven was just sending electricity through the machine without it being turned on and all of the horrible things that could have happened with that situation.  But hey, at least I have a new thing to play with.

but hey, now that thing is taken care of I can go back to not focusing on getting my videos done.

Really good drop on the scale this morning. I haven't started a year under 330 (149.7 kg) since 2015. I've been lower in weight a couple of times last year. But I haven't been this constantly low for quite some time. Roommate was up all night last night screaming in pain. I'm a bit nervous to ask him what's wrong, only because I'm pretty sure that I already know. I'm willing to bet that his problems are something to do with his “Werther's Original Meal Replacement Plan” he's never been a big fan of the Keto/carnivore diets (The Proper Human Diet as Dr Berry calls them).
