We'll see if that continues Trying to think of anything to say. But when I got home my brain just shut down. Today went really smoothly. The store has a promotion for $5 dozen donuts and someone had bought several dozen for the break room. I know that I shouldn't have, but I had a couple of them during my 15 minute break as I had worked a 5:3 split today. Having donuts resets the Keto Kount. I thought about not saying anything, because nobody would know if I didn't tell anybody. But a lie of omission is still a lie, and I'd just be lying to myself. more than a video dump?

I really do just use this "Blog" as a place to share my YouTube videos.  ()  Not really because I think I could get more views out of sharing to the blog it's just that there's just kind of a check mark to checkoff just because they count how many times a video is shared and blogger is one of the places that show up on the upload page when I upload a video.  And I do feel that might be a little unfair to this blog, not that I really had a plan for this blog.  heck for the longest time I completely forgot I even had it.  I started it a long time ago when something weird happened at work and I felt compelled to write it down.  But now it's early in the year so I am feeling super compelled to reach out creatively and something is giving me the itch to reach out on here as well as on the YouTube channel.  Who knows maybe I'll be more faithful to this platform than I am to the 'tube.  which does lead to the question, can you get a profit from Blogger like you can from YouTube?  I know that there is a "stats" page, but it isn't NEARLY as detailed as YouTube's Anayitics page.  who knows maybe I'll make it big this year.  or maybe (more likely) it'll be five or six years before I post another text dump.

But still down for the month and amazing progress for the year. The bacon was looking a bit rough when I cooked it this morning. It was just kind of gray while it cooked. I don't know if it's going bad on me, but I'm hoping it can stick it out until Tuesday. That's the excuse I used to not go to the YMCA. Still had great progress on the weigh in. But if I'm wanting to make more progress I'm going to have to get going over there. And again I'm thinking that my gut is changing shape because I wore one of my 2X shirts and it almost fits right. I still have to adjust the front of it as I stand up. But at least my gut isn't hanging out of the front of the shirt. Or at least not as much as it has been.
