It's back under the start of the year again and only 4.3 lbs (2 kg) away from the “progress goal” of where I started the tracking back in 2014, only 1.3 lbs (0.6 kg) away from the lowest weight so far this year, and only about 8 lbs (3.6 kg) away from being under 40 BMI (morbidly obese ) I took a moment before work to record the other political short video that I was thinking of making, but again for some reason when I tried to transfer the files to the computer it only played the audio of the video, but not the video. When I play the video on my phone it plays the video, but doesn't want to play on my computer. And I had a hard time getting...

more than a video dump?

I really do just use this "Blog" as a place to share my YouTube videos.  ()  Not really because I think I could get more views out of sharing to the blog it's just that there's just kind of a check mark to checkoff just because they count how many times a video is shared and blogger is one of the places that show up on the upload page when I upload a video.  And I do feel that might be a little unfair to this blog, not that I really had a plan for this blog.  heck for the longest time I completely forgot I even had it.  I started it a long time ago when something weird happened at work and I felt compelled to write it down.  But now it's early in the year so I am feeling super compelled to reach out creatively and something is giving me the itch to reach out on here as well as on the YouTube channel.  Who knows maybe I'll be more faithful to this platform than I am to the 'tube.  which does lead to the question, can you get a profit from Blogger like you can from YouTube?  I know that there is a "stats" page, but it isn't NEARLY as detailed as YouTube's Anayitics page.  who knows maybe I'll make it big this year.  or maybe (more likely) it'll be five or six years before I post another text dump.

Roommate was up all night last night screaming in pain. I'm a bit nervous to ask him what's wrong, only because I'm pretty sure that I already know. I'm willing to bet that his problems are something to do with his “Werther's Original Meal Replacement Plan” he's never been a big fan of the Keto/carnivore diets (The Proper Human Diet as Dr Berry calls them). Weight: 321.5 lbs ( 145.8 kg) BMI: 41.3 Waist: 53.5 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Snack: Black Eye Peas Breakfast: Members Mark Hot Dogs Lunch: Johnsonville Beddar with Cheddar double cheddar smoked sausages Snack: Bar-S Jumbo Jumbo Hot Dogs Dinner: Christmas at Grandmas Drinks: Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 380) Keto Day 0 Had a hard time falling asleep last night, but was still able to wake up and get to work on time. Really good drop on the scale this morning. I haven't started a year under 330 (149.7 kg) since 2015. I've been lower in weight a couple of times last year. But I haven't been this constantly low for quite some time.
