I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. Weight: 329.6 lbs ( 149.5 kg) BMI: 42.3 Waist: 56 in ( 142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Lasagna Soup Dinner: Burger patties (grilled), Mac and cheese Drinks: couple cups of coffee; ~3600ml water, 6pk Bud Light      Woke up in a good mood. With the recipe videos that I recorded yesterday and the inventory I took of the freezer, I am stocked up with food for the next month and a half. So if I stick with the discipline for the next month and a half the only food I'll have to buy is bacon, coffee, and cream for said coffee. And the only dishes I'll have to do is cleaning off the pan I cook bacon in and rinsing off the bowls/silverware of the leftovers. That is if I have the discipline to stick with this plan. I was laying in bed thinking of all of the stuff I want to get done today, but Tuesdays are my days off, but I have a lot to do today...repeat.      When I did finally convenience myself to get going I was excited to see that I was back under 330 lbs (149.7 kg) again! It's only by 3oz (90g) But hey, it's still under the last goal. Unlikely to meet the next goal ( 320 lbs {145.2 kg} by June 5) 330 lbs is the goal that I've been working on for the longest. And that's the one where I know if I hit it, I'm on the right track. When I'm not doing things right I'm never under 330 lbs. I was scheduled to work at noon to 9 this evening, closing the customer service desk instead of the normal 11am to 8pm as Supervisor.
