Weight: 331.6 lbs ( 150.4 kg) BMI: 42.6 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Taco Casserole   Dinner: Bubba Nachos Drinks: Salted Coffee with cream, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Month 6 (Day 199) Keto Day 0 Got distracted by Minecraft last night to do a blog post. What I was trying to do was to fill out the entire local map. The problem was that as I walked around the sun would go down and monsters would come out at night. I carried a bed with me to “Sleep through the night” but a lot of times when I placed the bed down the monsters would spawn too closely to my bed and I would try fighting them off to sleep, but a lot of times when I was fighting one monster another one would come up behind me and blow me up. If you can get back to the point where your character was killed quickly enough you can pick up the stuff that you had, but the thing is that a lot of time the point where I died would be on the other side of the play area ...

Waist: 57 in Weight: 355.6 Breakfast: Slept in Lunch Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Hot Dog links, Hormel no Bean Chili Dinner: Spaghetti slept in a lot later than I wanted to this morning so I didn't get a chance to get breakfast and I had plans for getting my Grandma's Christmas lights up. So I ran to the store real quick and picked up a pack of jalapeno cheddar hot dogs and a can of chili. I cut the hot dogs up into the chili and heated it up to eat. I call this Keto Chili Dogs. Every year putting up Grandma's lights takes all day and I'm always surprised about how late it is when I'm done (not complaining, just tired when I'm done) and since I was too tired to plan out dinner I just used up the last of the spaghetti that I had in my cabinet. Not even kind of keto, but I am too tired to try anything else.

Getting Back Into It Daily Keto Blog 11-16-20

Waist: 57in (144.8 cm) Weight: 358.4 lbs (162.6 kg) Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Bottom Roast Steaks Dinner Beef and Broccoli I didn't have any eggs for breakfast, and I think my bacon had started going south on me. For Lunch I tried to fry up some bottom roast steaks. They were buy one get one free when I bought them. However the steaks were a lot like eating flip flop sandals. Flavor was fine. Ate them with some Sriracha Ranch Dressing. But mouthfeel was just horrible. They were just missing some toe straps for dinner I had some Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli that I made several weeks ago for my YouTube video series. And again I'm not sure if this was a good idea. The meat really didn't turn out right. I used flat iron steak for the meat and it went all stringy on me. And the Coconut Aminos really overpowers any other flavor. I've been trying to do the Keto Diet for quite some time. I just keep falling off of it. And every “reason” that I come up with ...

Weight: 356.8 (161.8 kg) Waist: 56.5 (143.5 cm) Breakfast: Bacon, Eggs, Loaded Coffee Lunch: Chili with cheese, Sugar free Rockstar energy Dinner: Baked “Cheddar” Bratwursts Michelob Ultra Infusions Lime and Prickly Pear   Loaded coffee is Coffee with cream, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, fiber supplement and this Torani sugar free seasoning that I picked up from the store. This time around I picked up the caramel flavor, there are other flavors. I think I'll pick up vanilla next. Carmel isn't bad, but this bottle of flavoring lasts for a really long time. I have thought about picking up a Keurig. The coffee pot that I currently have is a 12 cup pot and I live by myself, so whenever I get in the mood to drink some coffee I'm driven to drink the whole pot of coffee, somehow I don't think that's a good idea. I think that's still better than drinking soda, which I'm still trying to quit. I did feel better today that I have in a while. I'm not...
