I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. I wasn't able to do the taste test part of it because Roommate woke up while I was still cooking. But it did smell quite nice. And I took the opportunity to take inventory of the freezer to set up the meal plan for the week. The recipe that I cooked would have made a better lunch than a breakfast. The recipe called for sausage, but the sausage that I had was only good until today. But I wasn't confident that I would be able to cook it today so I picked up another pack of sausage last night on the way home from work. Roommate did offer me a Cayman Jack Margarita, and I did accept. But I wont consider it breaking the streak. Because it's not like I'm drunk after one small can. Now if I were to go buy a case tomorrow and drink that, and then the next day, and then the next day. Yeah that's when I'm back in trouble. He tried to give me some advice on drinking, insisting that if I just moderate the drinking it won't be a problem. But he doesn't seem to understand I CAN NOT moderate. I could NOT fall asleep. Sitting at my computer I couldn't even keep my head up. But going to bed I felt like I was hyper charged or something. I tried doing meditation and breathing exercises. But I was distracted by the feeling of my pulse pounding through my hands. Sleep tracker says that I fell asleep around 1:25 but I'm pretty sure it was closer to 2am. It does show that I got considerably more “Deep Sleep” than I normally do so maybe once I passed out I passed all of the way out. FINALLY progress at last.
