I actually moved my scale around to make sure that there wasn't anything underneath it. The watch scan says that there was a pretty big drop in muscle, but there was also a big drop in water weight. And when I sat up it felt like my head was wobbling, I'm guessing it's allergies. I didn't have time to take inventory. So I didn't make a meal plan for the week. Had a late lunch because I was at Mom's house doing laundry. I had leftover bratwursts for lunch because Roommate didn't eat his half of them last night after I baked the set of them last night. And he didn't want them this afternoon. It would have been really easy because it was just two screws in the back to hold the spool holder on and plugging in the LCD Control Screen. But those were really small screws and the LCD wire strip was foreign to me. But the magnetic build plate was kind of fun to play with. I decided to just go to bed and try to read. But I was a bit to tired read as well. I was thinking I'm half way through The Children of Hurin so I was hoping that Tolkien was done with the introductions however the characters decided that they needed to go by different names. A little annoyed by the waist being up an inch for the day. As today is the first of the month it kind of throws off the average for the month. I got into a bit of a rant that went on for a bit too long that was distracted by the waist being up. But everything is going down. Body water is going up. Again I'm thinking that fat is breaking down into water weight. I did some rough math and made some goals for the body composition chart according to my phone's app. It looks like the body muscle weight should be about 71.5 lbs (32.4 kg) I'm currently at 103.3 lbs (46.9 kg) But I'm not sure if having too much muscle is a bad thing though.
