I don't quite feel sick, it's just that whenever I bend down to pick anything up it feels like somebody smacked me with a 2x4 in the front of my face. When I woke up this morning and saw the weather I realized that there would be no better day to help Grandma setting up her Christmas decorations. I grabbed some Cold and Flu medicine on the way to Grandma's. Before I left the house I looked up the medicine on the store's website to see prices. 9-2 (ish) -19 weight: 341.8 Waist: forgot to measure, but I doubt it changed much BMI: 43.9 Brunch: Chicken Alfredo Lunch: Deli Baked Chicken, a bit of diet Pepsi Dinner: Fathead pizza, 25oz can Natural ICE beer Notes: I've been clumsy lately and nearly dropping my phone a lot. I did manage to get a weight in video recorded Lunch: 4 piece Baked Chicken some left over diet Pepsi Dinner: Spaghetti (I know it's not Keto, I'm just cleaning out my cabinet, I'm going to get a meal plan together tomorrow morning) 1.25 L diet Pepsi I love when the first of the month is a Sunday. It makes for a good excuse to get back into what you want to be doing. It just kind of makes since to have the first day of the month, the first day of the week, and the first day back on the diet.
