Weight: 333.8 lbs ( 151.4 kg) BMI: 42.9 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bologna Sandwiches Snack: Kroger Cheddar Sour Cream Chips Lunch: Bologna Sandwich Cheesy Ramen Dinner: Pork Steak Mac and Cheese Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Month 9 (Day 296) Pleasantly surprised by the drop on the scale this morning. I had thought that the scale was glitching again, but it gave a consistent number each time I stepped on it. I slept in considerably later than I normally do. It is strange for me to sleep all of the way until 10:30. I'm not sure why I decided to have the sandwiches for breakfast this morning. I came to the justification that it was so late in the morning it really counted as an early lunch. But then I felt weird that I was trying to justify a meal when I woke up. Daily Blog 9-2 (ish) -19

9-2 (ish) -19 weight: 341.8 Waist: forgot to measure, but I doubt it changed much BMI: 43.9 Brunch: Chicken Alfredo Lunch: Deli Baked Chicken, a bit of diet Pepsi Dinner: Fathead pizza, 25oz can Natural ICE beer Notes: I've been clumsy lately and nearly dropping my phone a lot. And trust me I DO NOT need that. Especially now that I'm using my phone to record my YouTube videos, and double especially I'm too poor to buy a new phone. I think if I ever broke my phone I would just collapse into a puddle on the floor. This cricket in my house can go all of the way to hell. I did manage to get a weight in video recorded Lunch: 4 piece Baked Chicken some left over diet Pepsi Dinner: Spaghetti (I know it's not Keto, I'm just cleaning out my cabinet, I'm going to get a meal plan together tomorrow morning) 1.25 L diet Pepsi I love when the first of the month is a Sunday. It makes for a good excuse to get back into what you want to be doing. It just kind of makes since to have the first day of the month, the first day of the week, and the first day back on the diet.
