Weight: 334.2 lbs (151.6 kg) BMI: 42.8 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Pork Steak and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken Dinner: Rib Eye Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster Keto Week 3 (Day 25) Sober Month 3 (Day 119) YMCA: No Had a hard time falling asleep last night. The inside of my nose was burning. It reminded me of when I was a kid and heard that smelling pepper makes you sneeze, so I snorted some black pepper to see if it would make me sneeze. (Pro-tip: Don't do that, it sucks) I was going to do Bacon and Eggs , but decided on one of the smaller pork steak and eggs. It was a bit of a challenge to cook the steak because it split into two parts, but had a connecting piece that just got tangled up. All day it felt like I took a baseball bat to the sinuses. I do believe that the medicine that I bought yesterday did help. But the nose was still running like crazy. There was a bit of an air show in my neighborhood this morning. The National Gua...

Weight: 337.2lbs ( 152.9 kg) BMI: 43.3 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Steak and Eggs Lunch: Cheesy Chicken Chili Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Red Bull, Keto Week 1 (Day 8) Sober Month 3 (Day 102) YMCA: No Forgot to put salt in the coffee this morning. It did make it taste a bit strange. It was kind of satisfying when cooking the steak this morning as I was able to get the strip steak to stand up on it's side. Online I've seen people post pictures of their steak standing up and they say that it's good to do that to make the steak cook on all sides. Not that I think it's bad to only cook it on the two sides. But eh, if I can get it to cook all of the way around all of the better right? I'm pretty sure that was the last of the steaks. I do have bacon for tomorrow, I'm going to have to get more bacon on Tuesday when I get groceries. I set the printer to print the front bottom of the left shin. The bottom calf was a...

It's back above the average of the month and the long list. It's still under the average for the year and the last two months. It's great to be down 7.1 lbs (3.2 kg) for the year, but kinda sucks to be up 5.2 lbs (2.4 kg) for the week. And yeah, fluctuations happen, but it would be nice to be fluctuating in the other direction. Steak and eggs for breakfast was great for a while, but that's really getting expensive. I think once I'm out of the steaks that I have I'll just stick to bacon and eggs for breakfast. I set the printer to print the left bicep of the cosplay. It printed the lower half while I was at work and after work I s...

A little annoyed that yesterday matched the record low for the year, but today was up two pounds (one kilogram) and with the very few days left in the month I'll unlikely match that low level again before the next month. That's just something for Vitamin P. Still making amazing progress this month. I noticed that a shirt that was really kind of tight a couple of weeks ago was fitting a lot more loosely today. The waist hasn't dropped by a whole lot over the month, but I do wonder if the gut is changing shape in other ways. really having a hard time thinking of something to talk ab...

Still can't seem to spell sobriety properly. I don't think that I've gone 100 days without alcohol since I was 21. Not that I've been struggling with it for that long. I printed out the front half of the left forearm of the costume I'm working on. When it finished it was quite satisfying how well it matched up with the back half of the forearm that I printed several years ago. I had to cut the part up a little more because the new printer isn't big enough to print it off in one piece. But a bit of duct tape is holding it together right now. The back half was printed in black filament and the front half is in white filament so there a bit of “yin and yang” going...

Well At Least the Car is Fixed Keto/Sobriety Blog March 26, 2025

And it wouldn't be a great idea to drive it back and forth too much. He did say that it would be fine to leave it at the shop until they get the chance to work on it. Some of their people are out of town on training so they wont be able to fix it today, but they'll really try to get it done tomorrow. They didn't want to give a time estimate without looking closer at the car. But they didn't seem to be worried and it didn't seem to be something that they haven't seen before. The computer ...

I got the stuff for a Tuna Casserole, a Keto Clam Chowder, some steaks, Fish Oil, some Cod, and some chicken. I added up the things I bought as I was shopping, but again the total was more than I added up as I was shopping. I'm trying to keep the weekly grocery bill to around $150, but again today I over spent. As I was shopping it added up to $143, but the total was $164. Not much over, but is that going to happen every week? I printed off the hand plates for the Master Chief cosplay. They're only two little hand plates, but it still took an hour and forty five minutes to print. But still a lot faster and easier than pep...

I couldn't convince myself to get to the YMCA. I barely convinced myself to get up early enough to get breakfast. I don't know why I was in such a down mood this morning. I do seem to be getting used to the new time as I'm waking up at the 8am like I've been wanting to. But I just didn't want to get up. Looking it up Omega-3 foods are good for low moods. And Seafood seems to be a good source for that. I'm not sure if I'm hungry enough for Sardines. But I do like Salmon and I do have a recipe for Clam Chowder and Tuna Casserole. I'll pick up the stuff to make those tomorrow. The first half of the day ...
