I actually moved my scale around to make sure that there wasn't anything underneath it. The watch scan says that there was a pretty big drop in muscle, but there was also a big drop in water weight. Cottage Pie https://www.mccormick.com/recipes/main-dishes/shepherds-pie 1 lbs ground beef 1 package brown gravy mix 1 cup water 4 servings instant mashed potatoes 2 cups peas and carrots (thawed) onion 2 cloves garlic minced optional parsley flakes ½ cup shredded cheese Preheat oven to 350. Brown beef, drain Mix gravy mix and water in small bowl. Pour over beef and bring to a boil. Add peas and carrots. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Transfer to 1.5 quart baking dish. Top with potatoes bake for 30 minutes sprinkle with parsley and cheese
