Weight: 324.4 lbs ( 147.1 kg) BMI: 41.6 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Enchilada Soup   Dinner: Turkey Taco Mac Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 384) Keto Day 0 (3/365 Days 2026 Keto) Good drop on the scale this morning. It's not down below the beginning of the year so no progress yet. But at least the highest projection so far is under a full ton (849.3 lbs <385.2 kg>) The waist is back down to 54 inches (137.2 cm) so I'm not sure what was going on yesterday. The waist is usually pretty stable, so I'm not sure why it'd be up 2.5 inches (6.4 cm) one day and then down 2.5 inches (6.4) the next. The money Roommate sent me on Friday night for Rent and Bills came through this morning so I went ahead and did the grocery shopping for the week and renewed the YouTube Premium. Journal for 8/22/11

Warning to whoever reads this: This took three hours to write it does ramble a lot I try to stay on one subject at a time though. What is so special about today that I would start a journal? Nothing, I guess that is what makes it a good day to do so. If I only wrote journal on extraordinary days than I would hardly ever do so, or even worse I would make up stuff to write in here. Both of which would be detrimental to what I am trying to do. I am not sure what that is yet, but I know that it would be bad. I found out my Wiley is going to Alaska next week. (His friend from collage is getting married, best of wishes to Wiley’s friend) so he is pretty much getting a free ride vacation to Alaska. Nevertheless, what I am excited about is getting the apartment to myself for a whole week. He has already paid his half of the bills so I do not mind him taking off work.
