It helped that I didn't have Twitter (I'm sorry “X”) on my phone. I couldn't find my tape-measure so I'm not 100% certain on my waist measurement, but I'm not going to guess that it changed much. My belly is feeling a bit tight, but that might be the Seltzer water that. I forgot that I wanted to wait until I was done at the Y to step on the scale. And when I first woke up I stepped on it and it said, 353.8 lbs (160.5 kg) That's 1.8 lbs (0.8 kg) up from yesterday. I tried to console myself with the idea of daily fluctuations and happiness isn't a number on the scale. That was a good motivator to go to the YMCA like I want to be doing.     Stayed up later than I should have last night getting a recipe video done, but that's what I get for trying to get three recipe videos done on the same day with one of those videos being a slow cooker recipe. It is a quicker recipe than most slow cooker recipes, but it was still a three hour recipe that I started around 9 o'clock. I didn't do any of the editing on it, but I still couldn't just go to bed after recording a video. Sleep would just not happen. So I ended up sleeping a bit too long.

    Was able to get breakfast cooked and eaten. Would have had a bit more coffee drank this morning if I would have remembered to put water in the coffee maker when I first turned it on. I'm glad that I noticed that it wasn't making coffee before I ended up damaging the pot.

    Today was crazy at work. I don't want to be whining about work, but it was one of those days where I felt like I was in a literal wall of sound. Talking today felt like I was screaming into a pillow. There were times where I had to do a full open lunged holler at people to get their attention when they were standing right in front of me. It was just so loud in the store. The weather is changing and I think it's freaking people out.

    I was about to make a really long post about someone from work having a panic attack about one of the registers being audited. But the more I was writing the more it seemed like I was making a baseless accusation against someone who probably was just having anxiety issues.

    For lunch I had the Pizza Soup that was the slow cooker recipe that I made the video of last night. I was going to leave the debit card at home because I have plenty of food at home and I didn't need to buy more. But I had forgotten to take it out of the wallet and the temptation of the Energy Shots. I was stuck at Self Checkout all day so I didn't get to the water bottle like I'd like to. But at least I remembered to bring it with me today.

    Dinner this evening was baked chicken. I am out of the basic BBQ sauce that I was using last week that has sugar in it and I'm pretty sure that was keeping me out of Ketosis. But I baked it without the sauce and it does turn out pretty good without the sauce and just the seasonings. Unfortunately I used the chicken that was already in the freezer, and not the chicken in the fridge that I had bought Tuesday. I'll try to wake up early enough tomorrow morning to get the Tuesday's chicken up into the freezer.
