I have a very blessed family. But I'm a little disappointed that I broke Keto yesterday. But it is kind of convenient that the first day back on the diet is the first day of the month. I am wondering if I should even do the Keto this month. If I should restrict food spending to 15% of the income that's about $65 per week. And I was thinking that Hamburger Helper is pretty cheep.
