It's back under the start of the year again and only 4.3 lbs (2 kg) away from the “progress goal” of where I started the tracking back in 2014, only 1.3 lbs (0.6 kg) away from the lowest weight so far this year, and only about 8 lbs (3.6 kg) away from being under 40 BMI (morbidly obese ) I took a moment before work to record the other political short video that I was thinking of making, but again for some reason when I tried to transfer the files to the computer it only played the audio of the video, but not the video. W eight: 351.4 lbs ( 159.4 kg) BMI: 45.4 Waist: 57.5 in (146.1 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: St. Louis Style Ribs Dinner: Leftover Ribs Drinks: Pot of Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer Sober Day 3 YMCA: Swimming I was able to get up a bit easier today than I have been lately. It helped that I didn't have Twitter (I'm sorry “X”) on my phone. I couldn't find my tape-measure so I'm not 100% certain on my waist measurement, but I'm not going to guess that it changed much. My belly is feeling a bit tight, but that might be the Seltzer water that. I forgot that I wanted to wait until I was done at the Y to step on the scale. And when I first woke up I stepped on it and it said, 353.8 lbs (160.5 kg) That's 1.8 lbs (0.8 kg) up from yesterday. I tried to console myself with the idea of daily fluctuations and happiness isn't a number on the scale. That was a good motivator to go to the YMCA like I want to be doing. Weight: 351.4 lbs ( 159.4 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 57.5 in ( 146.1 cm) WtHR: 77.7% Breakfast: x Lunch: Cheesy Ramen Dinner: Mac and Cheese with bits of Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs mixed in. Drinks: can of Diet Pepsi, 2x Sparkling water Didn't have a clean pan to cook any bacon for breakfast. Tried to get dishes done before work, but it didn't happen. Did think about walking to work this morning. The weather that we're going to have this week is my favorite kind of weather. Dark, cool, and a bit rainy. That is perfection to me. But then reality reminded me that my feet burn like crazy even when I am driving the two miles to work. Maybe if I lose enough weight eventually I can get back to the point where I can walk to work again. But in the 350's (>159kg) I don't think that would be a good idea. Used the last packet of Ramen for lunch. :( Going to have to wait til payday to pick up another box. I know that Ramen isn't great for my diet, but it's go...
