Weight: 323.1 lbs ( 146.6 kg) BMI: 41.5 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Strip Steak and Eggs Lunch: Stuffed Bell Pepper soup   Snack: BBQ Pork Rinds  Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 416) Keto Week 1 (Day 10) (33/365 Days 2026 Keto) I was able to wake up just in time to cook that strip steak and eggs. But was only able to get half of the pot of coffee before I had to run off to work. When I got to work there was a bit of confusion of what I was supposed to be doing as my schedule online said that I was in the service desk for just about the entire day so I wore my apron, but when I got to the front of the store and saw the paper showing the list of where everybody was supposed to be it was showing that I was supervisor the entire day so I went back to my locker to grab my supervisor vest however when I got back up to the front the list was showing that I was in the service desk all day. Just Kind of Tired Daily Blog 12-28-20

  Waist: Can't find my measuring tape Weight: 362.4 (164.4kg) BMI: 45.3 Breakfast: Smoked Sausages Lunch: Ham and Beans Dinner: Chili Snack: Deli Chicken Tenders, Sugar Free Rockstar energy   I'm a bit frustrated that I couldn't find my tape measure to get a measurement of my waist. But I doubt it changed much just yet. I didn't post yesterday. I woke up late and just didn't feel good all day. I don't know if it was Keto flu, Seasonal Affective Disorder, or what but I was sitting around with absolutely no GO. Still kind of struggling to find the energy to write this out. Picked up some Bar S Smoked Polish Sausages from Walmart the other day. I have to say, those things were nasty. The Kroger version is a lot better. Had some ham and beans and chili that I had left over from Christmas at my Aunt's house. I was going to make a meal plan for the week, but the last couple of days I haven't really had the energy to do much other than sit here at ...
