Still down 13.7 pounds for the year. Busy this morning helping Mom putting things away since the floor is all done. I was able bake a pork steak for lunch before work. Was a really running day today. There was a forecast of possible storms coming through today so everybody freaked out and ran to the store. I heard that a really good line of storms developed south of town. Mom said that Wichita got hit pretty hard. But as for our town it was just some dark clouds that developed and moved through. And up in the waist. I'm trying to not let myself get too worked up about a couple of days of the weight being up. It is severely annoying to be not only back above the Morbidly Obese level, but back above the “Progress Goal” I'm trying to remind myself that the current weight is better than it has been in years, it's just I'm not liking the trend for this week.
