Weight: 310.1 lbs ( 140.6 kg) BMI: 39.8 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: X Lunch: Italian Dressing Marinated Pork Tenderloin, Jar Queso, Pork Rinds Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Red Bull Sober Year 1 (Day 570) Keto Month 4 (Day 131) (181/365 Days 2026 Keto) First time in a while when I went to bed and immediately fell asleep and then slept all of the way through the night. Tooth still hurt a little bit, not as bad as previous days. Again I thought about going ahead and skipping that dentist appointment on Tuesday. But that's just being cowardly. Tooth flaring up like that really needs to be addressed. It's just a new thing that I've never done before so I am a little nervous about it. I did sleep well last night, but the sleep just kind of stuck around for a while. I worked 12 to 9 and before work I just kind of sat here not doing much. Not really tired, tired. Weight: 305.7 lbs ( 138.6 kg) BMI: 39.2 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 70.9% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch (Kind of) : Mixed Nuts Dinner: X Drinks: Apple Cider Vinegar Salted Coffee, Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 504) Keto Month 2 (Day 67) (117/365 Days 2026 Keto) I was going to wake up really early to take the road trip, but when I woke up the phone wasn't plugged in right so it had to charge for a while as I didn't want to head out to a place that I've never been with a phone that wasn't charged up all of the way. I left the house right around 8am. I had to go back in to grab the USB cable to the phone because the Bluetooth in my car isn't connecting anymore. But the annoying thing is that when I plugged the phone into the car the car just flashed “Unrecognized USB Device” and it would charge for a second or two, but then the plug would fall out. I am glad that I let the phone charge before heading out as the car's GPS wouldn't recognize Castle Ro...
