Had a bit of a hard time waking up this morning as last night I got distracted by reading previous pages of the blog as I'm keeping these all in this one document on my computer. Debating the wisdom of that, but meh. When I had the coffee this morning I went ahead and threw away the last of the Apple Cider Vinegar. It was the kind that has the “mother” in it. Stayed up too late last night. I really do need to work on getting to bed. The sleep tracking app on my phone/watch says that I didn't fall asleep until about half past 2 am and woke up around a quarter to 8am. And even then it was closer to 10 by the time I got up and going. I'm going to have to start getting up out of bed when I wake up. I've been laying around too much. I did eventually get up and started doing laundry while breakfast cooked. As it has been two weeks between the last time I washed the bedding I went ahead and washed my blanket, sheet, and pillowcases. Kind of giggled at having “Sausage Egg and Cheese” for breakfast as that's a meal from McDonald's. Just their breakfast comes on a biscuit and I skipped the biscuit. I left a few minutes early to return some of the snack food that I bought for last weeks road trip as I didn't open the trail mix or the 2 bags of Pork Rinds. Today's weight is only 0.3 lbs (0.13 kg) up from yesterday. Being up two to three pounds a couple days in a row and then being down two to three pounds each day last week was weird. Happiness is not a number on the scale, but it is a relief to be back under the “morbidly obese” number. But I'm going to call each 30 day period a "month" I did the inventory of the food in the freezer and thawed it out again. It went a bit quicker than previous thawings as I had just thawed it out a couple of weeks ago. The ice had built up again so that the fan in the freezer was buzzing against the ice.
