Weight: 305.8 lbs ( 138.7 kg) BMI: 39.3 Waist: 52 in ( 132.1 cm) WtHr: 70.3% Breakfast: Sausage Egg and Cheese Lunch: Member's Mark Hot Dogs Dinner: Roast Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Seltzer Sober Year 1 (Day 539) Keto Month 3 (Day 102) (152/365 Days 2026 Keto) Weight is down from yesterday. Not in any amount to get overly excited about, but I'll take a down. Was kind of wanting something different for breakfast this morning so I had some sausage patties and eggs as the sausage box was already opened. I added salt to the coffee this morning and it did taste better than plain I recorded the current Store Story Video. But I had a hard time finding the desire to edit it. I did get it done and I should have gone ahead and post it for the algorithm (consistency is supposedly King on YouTube success) But I just wasn't feeling like it. Weight: 323.1 lbs ( 146.6 kg) BMI: 41.5 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Strip Steak and Eggs Lunch: Stuffed Bell Pepper soup   Snack: BBQ Pork Rinds  Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 416) Keto Week 1 (Day 10) (33/365 Days 2026 Keto) I was able to wake up just in time to cook that strip steak and eggs. But was only able to get half of the pot of coffee before I had to run off to work. When I got to work there was a bit of confusion of what I was supposed to be doing as my schedule online said that I was in the service desk for just about the entire day so I wore my apron, but when I got to the front of the store and saw the paper showing the list of where everybody was supposed to be it was showing that I was supervisor the entire day so I went back to my locker to grab my supervisor vest however when I got back up to the front the list was showing that I was in the service desk all day.
